Nice room. Big parking space. Nice view from the window. You can see the Koh Kong bridge very clearly and nicely. One thing that really bothers me is the staircase and no elevator. Imagine if I was drunk that night, I might not was able to go to my room. Lol

The hotel is located right on the water. 
The hotel had a comfortable feel, clean large rooms and plenty of hot water. 

The staff were friendly. There is no elevator and quite a few steps if you are on the second and third floors

Nice Clean Reasonable

The room was ok, with working AC.
The problem were the receptionists who seem to have an ambition 
to rip you off.
We booked using booking.com. The price was $25. She wanted Baht.
I did not pay attention and ended up paying $10 too much. 
(As a European you have to juggle 4 different currencies in the Koh Kong area.)
The same evening another receptionist sold us bus tickets to Phnom Penh.
For  $12 per ticket including shuttle service to the bus terminal.
Next morning we found out that another tourist got the same ticket for $7 at the 
99 Guest House.
Bottom line: Ok, but keep your eyes on the money.

Good location with restaurant close by; nice room with view; no elevator; friendly bell boys to carry suitcases to our room; tuk tuks always available out front of hotel;l  based on our treatment at check-in I would never consider staying here  again

Very rude, demanding check-in receptionist

Greeted by an incredibly rude unwelcoming lady on reception who after clearly seeing we were 3 adults still gave us a twin single bed room. Booking.com had shown they had rooms with 3 beds which is what we had tried to book. Upon explaining this to her she told us that room didn't exist, they didn't use Booking.com and we could go to another hotel. We said we would pay more to book into their triple bed room which we could clearly see was vacant and she said no. After a lot of fuss she relented and booked us in for the extortionate price of $35. Avoid.

rude welcome, room advertised didn't actually exist

For $20 a night, very average hotel, comfortable double bed, river view, very noisy hand, bathroom plumbing from another age, very old TV, no chair in the office Hotel correct, no Plus.

Good price/quality ratio but very noisy

This hotel is pretty old but with a nice sea view.

They still use fat head television and remember to use a two-pin plug as they don't have three-pin plug like all other hotel do.  They should change the toilet bowl seat too as it is very old and looks dirty to use.
It is not convenient for people with disabilities as the hotel do not have lift to access to the upper rooms.
The hotel is easy accessible to food and around the places of interest.

A budget hotel 

The rooms are clean, well equipped and the view of the river is magnificent. A very good quality/price ratio. We stayed overnight and the hotel was very quiet. Especially you have to go out to eat or have a drink right next to the Laurent Cafe!

When we arrived, the accommodation was cold, but the evening staff was very nice. We had a river view room for $20. Large cable TV room, refrigerator, large bathroom with bathroom and products. The hotel is in excellent condition, very clean. The wifi is very weak, if not not not working. The soundproofing of the rooms is minimal, and all night long long tail boats are very noisy, moving around. For more quiet, earplugs are needed. The hotel has no restaurant. For the small and touring organization, the Ritthy Hotel is just 5 minutes' walk away super. For a good meal, the Laurent Café, French Restaurant adjacent to the hotel, excellent. The restaurant in the Asia opposite is excellent.

A beautiful view of the river

The hotel is ideally located in the city, the reception is warm, the view from the room is sublime, the beds are comfortable, there is a real bathroom with bathtub in the room, but every night without interruption it screams in the snow, Khmer and Thai in the hallways and everything is very badly isolated...
