It's got good potential but it's not well maintained, rooms are very spacious, clean but they give a sense of economy, the bathroom, after a shower, it's cool! The staff, except for a couple, only speak Cambodian and Chinese, breakfast only Chinese. It's about a mile from the Mekong River, where there are some restaurants. We were only one night (thankfully) on a Mekong excursion to see the orchid, the river dolphins.

Mediocre hotel

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel on a business trip. Nobody at the Front-desk upon arrival but after some shouting someone showed up after several minutes. 
I had a huge room with a large bed where they could easily have put a sitting area but there were just 2 chairs.
The bathroom had a shower and there was a big hole in the ceiling through which you could see the ceiling. The bathroom was clean but the towels of a poor quality and the quality of the bed linen as well. The laundry service provided was good and laundry came back the same day. 
Nowhere in the room any sign about fire safety and escape routes nor a smoke detector. Apparently the architect was not used to build hotels. The hotel is not near the river but that was not important to us and we had our own car. As in many hotels in this region there is a lack off professionalism

We were booked into this hotel by Tucan Travel. When we arrived the rooms had dirty sheets and dirt swept up at our request. There were cockroaches in room and hall. The pool was full of algae and unusable. When we asked to by abottle of wine we were told the key to the cabinet was missing.The hotel is not near restauraunts or the boardwalk along the  river so we needed to get Tuk Tuk to go to get dinner.Other guests were shown rooms containing vomit and dirty sheets.Staff is friendly and rooms are large with beautiful furnature but does not make up for the filth.

Don;t book this hotel

Don't even go if you're offered the night! The rooms are noisy, the bathroom is the oldest, the bathtub is empty on the floor, there's no joint. The bouquet is the restaurant room, the moulded ceilings are ready to collapse, everything is dirty, there's little choice. At breakfast you'll be entitled to butter ranch a cake and two cooked cooked eggs cooked. Everything is bad.

This hotel is not a walking distance you have to take a taki or a U$ 3 tuk tuk to go the river or restaurants 
It is not that clean the staff try to help but not all them speak english some time it is not essy to comunicate

We were on a SE Asia tour and our tour operator booked this hotel. 
Rooms are large and the staff nice. 
They hardly speak english. 
This hotel needs serious lifting as it was dirty and mould.
Wifi signal is free but poor. You have to go downtown to send messages
Besides, hotel far from the centre of the city and you need to take a tuk tuk.
Avoid this hotel as there are many nice ones along the Mekong river

Still half under construction as of Jan 2017. Fairly basic. Friendly staff, but a bit woeful in the actual hotel. No towels. Had to ask. WiFi down. Lovely large room and beds though.
A bit out of town, but there's always the tuk tuk!

Review 

I thank the gentleman for spending only one night... unpleasant staff including the restaurant certainly family run... bad food and don't understand English at all... to be a 3 star I prefer 1 stall... uncleaned and stinking sewer inside the room.. single saved/soothing wifi.. otherwise I strongly advise you to modernize and refresh in general

Unpleasant drying

Luckily we only stayed one night. We judged 3 stars but it doesn't even come close to a stable! Non-existent staff came up with someone with a strange look...seems like they haven't seen tourists for a long time!!! Very dirty cockroaches in the dirty bed sheet room. We tried the adjacent restaurant....I don't leave comments...I just say don't stop!!!!!!

It sucks.

Frankly, it's a five-star zoo, and there are lizards, crickets, mosquitoes, spiders, and most importantly, cockroaches to keep you company at night! The rest of my family had taken a suite with three beds, we went to sleep with them.
