A very simple hotel, with a high flow of people, which can leave the service desirable. Despite the seemingly good structure, there's a lack of maintenance in all environments.

Cheap, but troubled

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We arrived and there was no towel available, we used a sheet to dry ourselves. Room without light, breakfast was almost nothing, there was no spare. Poor officials, come out when I came back they had taken my bags and changed rooms without consent, opened the door and there was another couple sleeping in the bed!!! A complete disrespect and absurdity. Bathroom with boiling and hot water showered my bones, TV was not working. Don't stay in that place!

Worst hotel in my life

We had a wedding, and after searching the hotels we used to stay, we found out that in the same fds would have Tomorrowland, that is, the hotels were exorbitantly priced, so we found this one at an affordable price. We knew it was simple, but not that it was disgusting and so irresponsible...at the entrance we were given two old, stained towels, I got to the room and fine sheets, dirty fronts, bathroom with dirty hair on the floor, dirty tiles drained, out of the precariousness of the room!

It's a disgusting and dangerous hotel!

It's a locked bathroom door, water flows out of the box and there's no carpet to dry, bad-smelling doorways, TV with a problem on the net, no bath towel, rust in some places, a lot of problems.

Disappointment

I made a reservation at this hotel for an event that took place, the reservation was confirmed twice, they said I was paying at check-in time. On the day of the event I asked to be sent the location and they told me that my name was not on the reservation, which I confirmed the day before. They claimed it was an employee's mistake.

Reservation canceled by the hotel

Well-located, excellent service, polite staff and requested, well-cleaned and organized. I came on a Thursday and stayed almost two days and now I'm going to stay 12 days. I have nothing to complain about. I really enjoyed it and I'm enjoying it. I just have to thank you for the service.

I came here for sick reasons and being well treated is priceless!

Hotel for overnight stays or for work visits, safe place inside the shopping car park, good breakfast, comfortable and clean room, place of plenty of movement at night, choose higher rooms.

Fair price

The hotel is located inside the parking lot of the Panoramic Shopping. Very safe and attractive prices. The accommodations are good and the breakfast is even very welcoming. I liked it and will stay there again if you come back. I recommend.

Good location and fair price

For those who are looking for cost x benefit ok! for those who need to sleep to work the next day it doesn't pay off. there is noise all night, the bathrooms have no maintenance nor the kitchen manager is extremely poorly educated! I don't recommend!

Poorest place

Room very good, but I had a reservation for seven days and left the next morning... there's a cancellation of access to the hotel, my window was in front of that cancellation, and the works are happening all morning. It was all night with the noise of the drill, hammering the men talking all morning in my window. I don't recommend, I chose this hotel for the cost, but what's good, I just wanted to sleep even though I'm spending the day at my sister's house and no one can sleep in that hotel.
