We stayed in the second quarter of January 2023.Although the structure of the hotel is neglected, we encountered details that are perhaps easier to solve and that the truth will make you not recommend the hotel.We did not have a locker room, instead we had a locker room structure without shelves or perches where they put a table.In 5 days we did not change the saunas although we ordered it.

 Family holidays.

We had dinner at this hotel, we were very well served by the waiter, the food was reasonable, affordable price. By the time the bill was paid, it was past ten o'clock at night. My husband passed the debit card by the approach and refused twice. An old woman who was next to us in the box said they would have to wash the dishes in a crap tone, embarrassed us in front of our friends. The maid at the box quickly suggested that my husband insert the card for the amount and time and the payment was authorized. I found it a lack of respect, I do not recommend the place.

Misbehaved

We've never had a reception like this before... when we arrived smiling at the hotel receptionist's place and the restaurant's waiter described us as accommodation.

Poor attendance and service

It takes 20 minutes for a shower to get warm, and when we were asked at the front desk, we were told that we should leave the shower on for 15 minutes to warm up, and I imagine the absurd waste of water in every room in the hotel, and there should be a check-in and automation of the establishment, and I don't recommend it.

It's awful!

I needed a night out in the middle of the trip and ended up choosing the hotel, which has a different service (Rafael, if I'm not mistaken) and we asked if there was a possibility of getting coffee a little early because we would have to leave very early, and the next morning Rafael had set the whole table for us. Very attentive.

Attendance Made a Difference

Very well located hotel, more spacious modest rooms, need to improve the mattress issue, I could feel the springs on my back, small pool, but near the beach.

Okay, but it can get better.

The hotel is nice, I prefer the structural aspect. The quantity of rooms is very lacking. Example: room for 4,2 chairs, 0 tables. Bathroom 1 percher. 0 shelf for towels. Poor mucamas service. Reception falling into pieces. Very friendly attention. Good cuisine.

A trip to Laguna

The breakfast and dinner with very limited hours.. you have to get up early until 9:30 in the morning and dinner until 21:30.. at night if you touch a room that is on the street it is impossible to sleep and rest well from so many quilombo screams and noises that are made in the street (in front of there is a bar), the hotel does not have the proper infrastructure or acoustics prepared for guests to rest in peace at night. It cleans well.. but you have until 16h easy without the room arranged. The food is good, varied and abundant. The employees are very kind. No one to choose it again.

Lots of things to improve...

Depressing hotel. Old facilities, TV without cable channels. Old towels and always miss you. The very poor breakfast and the buffet meal very hot and old. Of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, I wouldn't recommend it at all!!! I would never come back!!!

Decadente is a decadent.

A hotel with a central location on the Playa de Mar Grosso, a new area of the city of Laguna. In addition, it is located just two blocks from the bathroom area. The rooms are comfortable, all with balcony, fridge bar and air conditioning. While it has TV, there are only 4 channels. What this hotel lacks is proper maintenance of its facilities, something that can be seen in various corners. The wifi signal is good throughout the building. It has a restaurant with buffet service, where the food, like breakfast, is very good and varied. It also has a private parking lot and swimming pool with solarium.
