Nice pousad a. Good breakfast. Good room. Transfer from airport worked. No English spoken. Good location, close to restaurant. My room suffered from noise from buggies. Very convenient for island bus stop, if you do not want to hire a buggy.

This was my first stay in Fernando de Noronha and it was a perfect start to my trip. When you get out of the airport baggage claim (please save yourself trouble and try to prepay the island tax, or at least fully complete the card from the airline when you are en route so you can skip to the front of the line versus waiting for the rest of the flight. Also cash is only accepted in the far right lane. The others are all card only), tell the ladies which pousada you are going to, and they will get you piled into a shuttle bus, which drops you at the door.   

This pousada was on a quiet street in walking distance to the bars as well as right down the street from Triboju, which was the best dining experience I have had in ages.  Rooms are quaint but clean. Water was hot, but bring your own amenities.  Fernanda greeted me with a warm smile and had everything ready. Her attentiveness and help in picking the right activities,  sequence and advice on even what to pack and when to see the various attractions made the visit so much better.  The drawbacks are not having on site bar and restaurant.  The morning breakfast is onsite and was very very good. 

The people made the experience and I can unhesitatingly recommended this property. It is simple, quiet, friendly and felt like a room a home.  If you are looking for super luxe spa type of hotel, this isnt it. But for reasonably priced rooms with good beds, good location and awesome staff, this is worth a look.

The room is great, has everything you can possibly need. Including a little terrace where you can sit outside. The bathroom also a good size and functional.

The breakfast is good and they cook eggs and tapiocas very fresh. The location couldn't be better. Close to the village, you are able to go by foot to a lot of different restaurants.

Comfortable, relaxed hotel. The bed is nice and the hammock on the terrace is really great. Breakfast is delicious, and the staff is really friendly.
The lost star is regarding the bathroom facilities which need updating.
For example, they advertise and promote saving water, yet the shower drips constantly and it takes time (hence wasted water) to get the temperature right each time. Proximity to a neighbourhood road means you hear vehicles from time to time, but this isn't really an issue in my opinion.
