We really like the hostel, it's comfortable and well located! Good breakfast! Well-mannered and friendly staff, especially Vanya! They left a couple of surprise cakes for my husband because it was his birthday! Comfortable room, very large hot tub. We really like it.

Landing well located

I was in the best room in the inn. The pictures on the internet don't represent the experience. I had problems with hot water in the 4 days (3 nights) of my stay. It's a known problem from them, but it's not cured. This problem would be enough to disqualify the inn, but unfortunately it wasn't the only one. The room has a bathroom, but besides the hot water problem, it has the water flow... it takes almost 1 hour to fill. The acoustic issue is another very serious problem, In the basement room, you hear anyone walking (if someone from the upstairs room wakes up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom you listen to the steps). In the upstairs room, the compartment between the boats is not the final one, there are no toiletries, no toiletries, and no toiletries, so it gives the room a flow of water... It takes almost 1 hour to fill. Weakness of the trip to Bento Gonçalves: many basic problems

The hostel is small, which allows for a personalized service. On the day we traveled, the roads were in trouble and Vania sent us whatsapp informing us of the best route, which doesn't happen in a large hotel. We were also greeted at the door and taken to our room receiving all the information and directions we needed for walks. Breakfast served at the table and very tired, everything tasty. Spacious room, with large bathroom and comfortable bed. Tell anyone to stay: The hostel has no lunch or dinner, but it is close to very good restaurants, such as Brasedo.

Little Landing in the Valley of the Vineyard

It's a small lodge and it's located in the valley of the vineyards. For us, the location was great. Breakfast without many options, it could be better. On the second day we had coffee later but when it was past ten and we were still at the table talking, we felt kind of forced to leave because the maid spent all the time banging on the chairs as if she wanted us to leave. I found it very boring. Shana and Vanya were very attentive. Room clean, with bathroom but without luxury.

I expected more.

Immersive experience for those who are entering or have experience in the world of wine, you stay in a very large room (let's take the biggest one, I forgot the name now, but every room has grape names).

If you stay among the vineyards

It has many problems: staircase outside safety standards, floor unplugging from both the room and the traffic area, no bedside grille, no headlight, wood dividers between the rooms and between the traffic area, no sound insulation, windows without thermal and sound insulation, no parking, no outdoor area for guests to stay.

Landing at ground level

I was expecting a lot, because I had read about the inn at the winery. But I was a little disappointed, on arrival there was no reception, it was the family person who came to meet you, it's fine if we think it's a family establishment. But they should have professionalised this question if they want to continue in the hospitality industry. The ad is that you have a room with a view to the vineyards, well, some rooms with a view to the vineyards are even for you and others need a view to the owner's house, a small vineyard and a building.

Well, not excellent, it needs improvement.

Specifically referring to the accommodation of the hostel: they need to pay attention to the best cleaning of the bathroom, ceiling full of foam on the wood, rejoints of the box with lime, cubicle / patio bench and dirty mirror. Bedcloth thick and dirty. Main negative point the drunken floor covering the floor is unpleasant and noisy. Breads served in the coffee were dry and hard. Unfortunately a bad experience of stay. It's a lack of attention to cleaning, it can get better!

We had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms, the Chardonnay (spacious and beautiful) and Merlot both clean and cozy and the most interesting thing is that all 5 rooms have hydromassage.

We love that.

The Pousada Terragnolo, right next to the winery of the same name, is an ideal place to explore the beautiful Vale dos Vinhedos with its many wineries around the city of Bento Goncalves.
