We've been to this hotel for the second time. We've traveled from Germany to Bosnia. The hotel is right in the centre of Brcko and the main spots are within walking distance. We booked the suite. Sunday to Tuesday (2 nights for 2 people). Price including parking and breakfast is 164€. Of course it's quite expensive for the country hotels, but for that you're in a hotel where everything works. It's safe. There are parking spaces and the staff is friendly. Our phones and money were loose in the room and no one took it away or something. So a respectful approach.

The bed is really uncomfortable it's a disaster little old-fashioned room with nothing extra ordinary the staff is in slow motion and it's very annoying clean and well located the food is ok

Overall this hotel has a few features to support a business traveller. Breakfast was quite good and staff courteous. We needed to have desks in rooms to work at night. We did get desks supplied but rooms too small and desks were also too small for effective working; room chairs were also not suitable for PC based working arrangements; Internet performance was patchy. The hotel has one tiny elevator, no one to help with bags and we had multiple bags for a long stay; stairwells are so poorly lit that they are hazardous at night. Bathrooms have bath and shower combined and shower is supposed to be adjustable height. The shower head would not remain at stand-up height. The staff are overall very pleasant and do try to be responsive to guests’ needs. There is a meeting room that is OK for groups. This is perhaps the best hotel available but not conducive to lengthy working in the rooms. 

Basic hotel facilities but economical.

Considering the proximity to the border and the river port in the district of Brčko this hotel is the tip of the diamond. Looking at it with the standards of other four stars maybe it's not exactly in line but I would say the spaces are very wide the clean rooms (elephants do with towels ), continental breakfast in short a four star not luxury but ok for the area... I would say a reference point for locals.

Not luxurious but certainly the most beautiful in Brčko

Stayed here for one night with friends, its very kitsch from the main reception right to through to the rooms but that was part of the charm.  Most importantly it was clean and very centrally located, close to all the places you would want to go and check out in Brcko.   I particularly loved the handover ironing service and for that alone would go back when next in Brcko.

Quite a kitsch place for a one night stay

The hotel does not offer a great luxury but is located in the best location that can be in Brcko.The prices are very cheap and the rooms stand out for their cleanliness and simplicity.An aspect to highlight is the breakfast.I think this hotel is the best in the city.

Good location

The hotel counts with decent-size clean rooms in a quiet area. Location in the city is very good also. The staff was very helpful and professional, always ready to assist. On-site free parking area. Breakfast was so so.

Unbeatable location and excellent service

If you go to Brcko, this is perhaps the best hotel to stay in. European style, offers comfortable rooms. Very friendly reception staff. Even the restaurant is more than discreet in quality. Perhaps breakfast is too much on loan to a mid-European clientele. In fact, there are few desserts.

A good hotel

Good location in center of Brčko,own parking, breakfast is also good. Clean hotel, good 3* hotel. Stuff is excellent specially Mrs. Deana,she was very helpfull and professional!!!
Room is comfortable, toilet clean, bed comfortable.
The only funny thing was blanket,it was too small! :)

The Hotel is O.K.

Nice surroundings(for walk)...
Central bus station is 10 minutes walk.
A lot of fast food "facilities" around. 
The Hotel stuff is pleasant.
