The house No. 292 is uncomfortable and the electric heating is very bad to heat in the colder season. Very dangerous stairs. Not recommended! And deposits are not paid back, only as a voucher. But I would never go back. Sofas swept through, the upper bedrooms unheated (surely very hot in summer), Rollo didn't let himself open, bars over the stairs in a low height, exterior light at the entrance doesn't work, in the lower bedroom 2 tiny windows (very dark), light in all rooms, a dog with very dirty bathroom and an electric kettle that doesn't seem to have the ceiling repurposed (surely very hot in summer), whereas the couch was not allowed to open, bars over the stairs in a low height, outside light at the entrance doesn't work, in the lower bedroom 2 tiny windows (very dark), with a very dirty bathroom and an electric kettle that didn't seem to have the ceiling repurposed, unfortunately, whereas the kitchen table was made from a small piece of furniture, for most people, there was no room

Uncomfortable and somewhat incapable

I've tried this time with a 60 sqm holiday home and have not been disappointed. We were in the North Sea Park Zeewind II. I think the houses there are almost all privately owned. The park complex is very well maintained, and there is also a tennis court and a nice swimming pool, although there is no large pool. I think for the main season almost 800 euros for a week is perfectly fine. The only additional costs that are still incurred are electricity costs. These are calculated by day and night consumption KWh.

Holidays

It is a very beautifully maintained facility, the houses are all very nicely kept clean. There is nothing missing there. The houses are completely furnished and there is an ideal garden for families with children. The facility has a swimming pool, a tennis court, a playground with an adjacent sports court. In the evening you can indulge yourself in the restaurant which is also located in the park. All in all, we have enjoyed the stay very much and will go there again this summer.

Comfortable holidays

It's a nice, simple, spacious facility with a pool area and soccer and tennis courts to keep kids busy, otherwise the big beach of Hippo Beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, and you can spend great days at the sea.

Short trip in the summer

Arrived late, they very kindly left a key and map for us, brilliant instructions, found accommodation straight away. Lovely apartment, spotless and very well appointed.  Everything included you need for a comfortable stay.
Lovely site with Bar and Restaurant and nice sized pool.  All well laid out and in easy reach.  Site was spotless and well maintained.

Excellent facilities, brilliant apartment, lovely staff

It's actually a very nice facility. Clean facility, well maintained green, that's the first impression. But when we got to the reception, when we heard that the bathroom master and the cleaner were sick, I started to think about it. The outdoor pool in the facility is also okay. But the weather was no longer playing a role. More important was the sick cleaning power for the well-being of our accommodation.

Very nice holiday homes

I want to go back to my opinion given in April and which was quite positive. Here is an extract below: You must pay a deposit of 200€ on arrival. This will be partially refunded to you (minus the various charges: sheets, dog, electricity...) later on in your bank account. We are waiting to see this countdown, because no countdowns are made on arrival and departure!

Watch out for the warranty!

Very pleasant holiday village. Spacious apartment for 2 people. Everything was very clean. The equipment is enough. We had a small apartment in the rdc with a garden, not individually fenced, but for a few apartments. Dogs are accepted for an extra 3€. You have to pay a deposit of 200€ on arrival. This will be partially refunded to you (minus the various expenses: sheets, dog, electricity...) later on to your bank account. We expect to see this discount, because no account counters are accepted at the end and at the start!

Charming holiday village

There is a lot of luck involved in the allocation of the houses. The park administration provides only the accommodation offered by private people. There are very beautiful objects, but unfortunately there is also a lot of mediocrity (or less). However, one attribute is the staff of the park administration. The obvious incompetence is pushed to the fore again by arrogance and unfriendliness. Since some owners also rent directly, the fingers of the intermediary!!!

Unfriendly and incompetent

A WE on the Belgian coast, with poor weather... direct electric heating is a disaster, and hot sanitary water heated electrically as well. It is almost impossible to regulate properly and in a stable way, the temperature... and consumption at our expense... Besides, no supermarket to make one or the other appointment... we have to take the car to the village.
