I stayed from 14–18 April 2025 and just realized I really should leave a good review here. It was my first time visiting Vienna, and honestly, Maxim was the best receptionist I’ve ever met—he truly cares about the guests. When he found out it was my first time in the city, he took the time to recommend great places to visit, which perfectly matched the "discover local" concept of Mercure. The room was clean and just right for my 4-night stay. The location is super convenient—close to the train station and easy to get into the city. To be honest, Vienna might be my least favorite stop on the trip because it rained almost every day, but meeting Maxim and Christian really made the experience memorable. Thank you both for your warm hospitality!
