Moxy Vienna Airport

Stayed a day here before an early flight out of Vienna. Got early check-in at around 11.30, despite having no Marriott status. The room was surprisingly well appointed. I was expecting something much more basic, because I didn't think Moxy was a "full service" brand. But the bed was large and comfortable, and the armchair next to it ditto. There was a good amount of space to move around in and for luggage. The bathroom was modern, and toiletries are included. The view from my fifth-floor room looked out on to the airport parking lot. I don't think any of the rooms look out on to the planes at the airport. The room was perfectly quiet despite the nearness of the airport. The insides of the two elevators I saw are done up to look like a shower and a supermarket. There is a large Billa supermarket about a three-minute walk away, which opens at 6.30 in the morning, but this involves darting across a street to get past a stretch where there isn't a footpath. I didn't eat or drink at the hotel, but there's a range of ready-to-go snacks and things like packed sandwiches you can buy. When I came back to the hotel at around 9pm, the lobby was heaving, with a line of people waiting to check in, and most tables at the bar occupied.
