Nice room with spacious balcony and rustic design, breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices, free parking is available close to the house, no restaurant for dinner but several options in walking distance, also the Aqua Dome is in walking distance and you get free entrance with the tourist card from the hotel

Good base to explore the area

We chose this accommodation mainly for its location as the starting point for our various hikes in the Ötztal.
The room we got was generous and we had a nice view of the mountains at the back of the house. The staff were absolutely fantastic and very helpful with all our questions or requests.

The breakfast that was included was perfectly adequate for our taste and the risk of getting hungry from there was not big.
The house is centrally located and it is more or less 5-10 minutes walk to everything in Längenfeldt.
Another advantage of the accommodation here was that it included an Ötztal premium card that gives you lots of benefits, (read more about this)

Very good and centrally located accommodation

The stay at the Falkner country house was successful and wonderfully relaxing. The room was beautifully decorated with high walls, a large, very comfortable bed and a great shower! The family was also very friendly and always ready to help. On Christmas Eve there were even homemade Christmas squares:-)

A wonderful, relaxing stay

Ideal solution for a short vacation, without too many demands. They have reserved for us a room on the second floor (wooden mansard), spacious, bright and equipped with a large seating area. Very appreciated the presence of an electric boiler with coffee and tea. Mattress and pillow very comfortable and comfortable for a good rest. Great cordiality from the staff.

The boarding house was our accommodation for a long weekend in May to climb the Ötztal. The hotel is easily accessible by bus and car (Nebenstraße).

Great place for a long weekend

Austere accommodations,   no soaps or any kind of amenities.  Bring everything.  Strong smell of smoke in all corridors although not in the room if the door is kept closed.   The rooms were kept clean though. 
We originally requested a 3 night stay.  We later requested via email for it to be changed for two nights.  We arrived and once again informed the reception that we would only stay for two nights.  She said ok.  Upon checkout, the same person, slammed copies of our original reservation and proceeded to lecture us on how we had requested three days.  She was rude and kept going through the emails not allowing us to speak.  When she finally stopped for a minute we told her we had sent an email asking to change the dates and then also asked her at check in.  She rudely stated that they only rent for 3 night minimum and we had to pay the difference.  
The problem is not the policy but her amazingly rude behavior and her inability to let us know of this policy until we had fully packed our belongings and attempted to checkout. Had she informed us, we would have not packed and checked out.  Upon letting her know this and some back and forth, she finally allowed us to check out and not charge the final night.   Of course not without informing me that things are done differently here is Austria than in America.  By that, I gather she meant, the whole "chew your guests out before you depart" thing! 
Granted I am married to an Austrian and we do vacation in the area almost yearly.  First and last at this austere accommodation.
At the end, she didn't charge us but managed to get herself and us all worked up over miscommunication on her part.  Not a smart way to run an Inn.

Rude rude rude!  Bare bones accommodation!

Welcome, great room with balcony!! It's been a long time since I slept so well, the wood and the mattress have helped a lot 👍👍👍 Super location! Aquadome and shops and places are easily accessible on foot.

A lovely house

We were there for one night. Extremely friendly reception, the guesthouse looks very clean. Large and comfortable rooms, very neat and clean. Breakfast buffet leaves no wishes open. Price performance just top. See you again.

I highly recommend it.

We had reserved a room for the second weekend of October, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we could not go to Langenfeld. We immediately wrote an email to the hotel asking if the room was free x the next night. We were told yes, but even the next night we could not go there. I'm assuming that we booked the room on Booking and that the moment you book and don't take advantage of the booking it is expected that the room will be paid anyway. Finally the next weekend we managed to reach Austria and, thanks to the understanding of the hotel owner, we didn't have to pay any euro for the booking that didn't go well the week before!
