Literally had the best experience, the room was beautiful and the staff were awesome. Could not recommend this place enough we loved it!

I had just sold my home and needed a few days of transition while completing the last of packing and heading off on holiday overseas. This accommodation was a perfect location, with easy access to all the different directions I needed to go in over those days.Easy to walk to for a variety of food options, and a walk on the beach.Highly recommended.

Loved my stay here. Difficult to find entrance to my level and parking. Other levels signed but were not where I was supposed to go. Found it eventually.Thanks.

This accomodation was very nice - clean, tasteful decor, spacious, airy balcony, nice bathroom, good location to cafes/shops/restaurant below. The Smart TV connected to Netflix and YouTube. I liked the self check-in process and it was very convenient having a lift from the shops/ground level to the hotel level. We had some trouble finding the Carpark but it you put in the Bli Bli Bottle-O, the carparks are right behind the drive thru area.  Overall, no major issues and I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed here just the week before and it was very nice. Everything went very well from check in to check out. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. However this time we didn't have such a good check in experience. We understood we could check into the suites from 2pm. When we didn't receive our code to release our key, a little after 3pm I sent a message to the number to ask when the room would be available. I didn't receive a reply, so I sent another text to the number about half hour later and still no reply. Then I tried calling the number but it didn't accept voice calls. So now I went to Hotels.com to see where I could contact somebody to find out about getting into our room. I spoke to a young lady who was amazed that I hadn't received the code, she then sent me the msg with what we needed to access the room. It was after 4pm that we actually got into the room.

Second time in the one week, really great place to stay near the airport.  Very helpful phone check-in contact, all went very smoothly.

The room was spacious and very clean. Only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the fact that there were no black tea bags. It only had green tea and coffee. I was hanging out for a cup of tea when we checked in.

A little hiccup with check in..

The suite looked new and clean but noticed it wasn’t well dusted.The sound proof is good but my last day there I couldn’t sleep due to noise coming from within the building which sounded like people working on something.Overall I was happy with my stay there and I wouldn’t mind coming back or referring a friend.

On arrival finding the correct lift was a little confusing and not very clear. However after self checkin the room was large and lighter and bright. Good comfy bed. If I had to say a negative it would be that the bathroom light was auto connected to the extractor fan and in the middle of the night getting up to use the facilities is so loud. But overall a great stay is return to stay again. Thanks

Facility was great, however let down by service issues - things that should be standard in a facility as good as this -- no toilet paper, needed some extra towels, a box of tissues - would have been good to have a small microwave or a toaster

I do like this property, however, for the cost it doesn’t come with all the ammenities that you would expect if you were staying in a hotel. Fast check in and out though.
