Holiday ❘ Couple ✨ Surreal - medicine for the memory & the soul ✨ . Our stay at Kims Beachside Retreat was one where I have to say we feel honoured to be a guest at this magic & peaceful Beachfront piece of paradise . Our short stay was an experience that we will treasure forever & never forget right at our Doorstep on the Central Coast of NSW . As soon as check in was completed by the lovely team, we were accompanied to our private villa. From the moment you stepped through the door you gasp before you have time to register what you are seeing . From the minute we walked through the door - we did not want to ever leave (not even for dinner) . The villa boasted most spectacular private 180 degree views of the ocean before your eyes that is simply breathtaking . Between the captivating sounds of the sea 🌊,, & our Villas subtle sophistication, I found myself literally holding my hand in my chest - closing my eyes, taking a deep breath and exhaling whatever existed before this moment Into the never never . The attention to detail that the team at Kim’s applied to our stay was something that is so rare to find in these times & even harder to forget . Personalised professional perfection is how I would describe it - from room temperature upon arrival to welcome pack (with daily baked cookies) to beautiful music playing in the background - this was another wow factor for me & wave of gratitude filled the soul. Sunset by the sea & champagne 🍾 🥂. Words cannot describe it - you have to be there in the moment to see it - to be in it - to feel it. The evening pre -drinks with the incredible sounds flowing from the pianist (fireside)- I literally for a moment I forgot where I was and thought I was in New York City … totally transported to another place in another time . The dining experience continued our timeless experience that is Kims. The menu is created especially special for that day , the phenomenal three course meal we had and the service for the evening could not be faulted - the only fault was that it had to end . Our very special villa boasted spa, heated pool and heated jocose, private lay area amongst a pristine garden retreat area with private access the beach a stone throw from your bedroom view. Post dinner - Retreating to our room to our private amenities under the stars with champagne 🥂 - nothing more can be said except surreal (pinch me is this real). The sounds of the sea as you sleep - then Sunrise beyond your hearts desires the next day literally at your feet as you wake. When it comes time to eventually leave, you realise that (without realising) during your stay you are transformed - you are relaxed - you are rejuvenated & your soul is beaming . In short, If you are wanting to create magical experience or your heart desires you to retreat, relax & reset, then all I can say is that your hearts desires are literally a stay away at Kims Beachside Retreat .
