We booked through airbnb. The host is named Asher and the apartment was managed by Zermatt Ski Chalets (ZSC). It was a fantastic experience! We traveled as a family of four with our ski equipment. We were met at the train by Harry and Ricardo (from ZSC). They helped us transport our gear and luggage to the apartment. They were responsive before and during our stay. They were nothing but warm and welcoming, and they truly made our experience so much easier! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped with anything we needed. It was an easy walk to town and to the various trains / lifts.
