The place is pretty and the views from the terrace amazing. Imad, our host, was very helpful and gentle all the time. He gave us some tips about where to go and what to do, and was always asking if everything was ok :) Very recommended.

An amazing traditional building in the middle of the medina! The lady(I've forgotten her name) was extremely welcoming and helpful! The rooms were clean and the terrace has a beautiful view! Really beautiful riad, especially because it was so cheap! 

Although it was a beautiful guesthouse, it was loud at night because of the layout. A loud gentleman I presume to be the manager woke us up numerous times In the night, talking outside our room. 

Secondly, the location isn't great! It's hidden in the medina so it's really hard to find. The medina wasn't safe at night especially down the dark alleys the riad is on. We had a episode with a couple of men which 'helped' us get to the Main Street from the riad, to then threaten us to pay him once we got near! It was terrifying so I wouldn't recommend going here alone or out when it's dark.

Amazing hospitality but not safe at night 

Authentic place in the middle of the Medina!

To be honest, i would have given a minus rating.

We traveled in a group of 4 people. And so we booked 2 standard double rooms, and a twin room via booking.com. We had a late check-in (around 930pm), and Amin came to get us to show us the way to the lodging. 

2 out of 3 rooms were okay, equipped with a mini refrigerator, shower etc. Unfortunately, one of the standard double rooms we booked was given to somebody else and we were forced (they left us with no choice) to take the economy double room, which, in my defence, is a violation. 

The conditions of the room was horrible, and definitely INHABITABLE. And they were even charging us the same price of a standard double room, according to what booking.com had stipulated. Angry, and violated, but too exhausted to find another accommodation in the middle of the night, we sat down to discuss the unfairness (price-wise, and room-wise). It was downright tiring having to go back and forth on what to agree upon, though if they had follow through with our suggestions, it would have been settled right away! In the end, we had to pay the price for a 1.5 night stay, although we stayed for just a night. Moreover, they had violated the terms and conditions stated in Booking.com, in which we should have just paid for a night plus cancellation fees. We're too tired to prolonged the arguments and settled the bills anyway and went on to find another place to stay the next day.

Foods were below average. Although it was already 830am,  they didn't make breakfast until we asked them to.

They even have the guts to ask us not to write a bad review but hey, we were cheated!

Inhabitable economy room for a price of a standard double room.

It's really hard to find, we spent hour walking around medinas and asking people about this place. After we finally found it, we had to climb steep stairs (really dangerous, I don't recommend this place to families with small children or people who have joint problems) and the lady told us we will stay in different place. We also paid her 200 dirhams for taxi to the airport for the next morning, since we had flight at 7 AM.

Choose something else

this place more than bad you can imagine ; i dont recommend it to anyone ; picture are not the same ; they ask for prices than the online posted ; no assurance inside ; place hard to find it ; having contacted with false guides trying to rubbed you on the treet
