Uin Inn 

Uin provides a funtional no frills budget room for single travellers (and has other room options). The room was reasonably clean -7/10 and quiet. The single room does not come with windows but is ensuite. For ventilation, I kept the bathroom door open and the extractor fan therein on. Uin provides good free WIFI to all areas in the building, efficient aircon, ample room lighting and plug points, firm bed, flat TV, free parking, reasonably priced food court and a supermarket within a short walk. Its good for guests of patients of Borneo Medical Centre being located within walking distance. However, having transport is a MUST or else one is stranded out of the city centre, remembering too that Kuching is a widespread city However, Uin is within a stretched walking distance of Jalan Song and its famous food. It offers a good rate of RM59 for singles, far less than similar rooms in the city centre. There is not much information on the net on Uin but this review is reliable. Uin can be located on an online Kuching hotel map in between 56 Hotel and Mega Inn and near Borneo Medical Centre.
