I opted to stay in Pinnacle just to experience the change.Room is okay but because of lot of construction activity going on near the hotel,it is going to be a disturbed night.Room size is quite small,but main problem is even though they mention 24 hrs room service,it is factually not correct.I had to leave for Dalton ganj next day at 7.30 am,I asked for tea at 6 and no one picked up the phone.Finally at 7 am I got a response and I requested for tea to be served with either bread butter or toast ,but I was bluntly told it cannot be given.Otherwise service is quite good.Must look for alternative hotel to stay in Ranchi
