This hotel is little down in a valley where transport can easily reach. All the rooms in the hotel are valley facing so it gives an excellent view all the time. Rooms are clean and tidy and service is very good. Restaurant also offers good North India food. Best place to relax and enjoy ''God's Own Country'' ..

This place is literally in the mountains, theres a narrow one way sloping road to get there. I got this through Thomas Cook and was pretty satisfied with the choice of room given. The rooms are excellent, good clean mattresses

Food is good though pricey but very tasty
Jijo was great help and was quick to solve any issues I had. The breakfast didn't have eggs to order so be vary and ask for whats on offer on the complimentary breakfast menu. Breakfast wasnt a buffet but all the same the stuff they served was good. I would definitely come here again

Good Hotel in scenic location

Great place in the mountains literally

Great location, Peaceful

It is 7 kms from Munnar. The hotel is located 200 ft down the main road which is very steep. It is hard to walk on that steep road and only jeep can travel. Jeeps are not available after 7. So if you are out, it is hard to come back to hotel.

Room Service: Very bad room service. you order something and you get it after 1 hour. We booked room with breakfast and only idli was available.

Please don't book this hotel. Book any hotel in munnar town. Rooms are good but you will find better hotels than this.

Very Bad Hotel

Top floor Views it's excellent.  The view from our room was amazing. Staff was polite and the food was also good.  Rooms are also very nice and cozy.
