We had lunch at the Escale the entire week and the experience was great every single day. Portions are huge and always full of taste. Kids loved the lasagne and the club - the dish of the day is also always excellent. The restaurant owners offered us some liquor based on pine code buds - delicious. I will definitively use L’escale again as a base when i will return to Chatel
