This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to stay. Before booking my wife called the hotel and talked with the receptionist about the hotel and the area. This city is at about 8000 ft elevation and I have COPD, so we had concerns regarding the altitude. The receptionist recommended we use a private tour guide instead of the large bus tours as with a private guide there is a lot less walking and you can select what interest you for the tour. She gave my wife the name and number of a couple guys she had good reviews with, which we used one, and the cost was about the same as the group tours. Regarding the hotel, the entire staff excelled in doing anything to assist in making our stay great. The breakfast was great, the restaurant good, and our room was perfect. I really liked the heated floors, and the large bathroom Highly recommend this IZTA hotel for your stay.
