Pros:1. Good value for price2. Hotel is relatively new, and room has nice features for the money3. Staff is helpful4. Breakfast is good, worth the price5. Airco worked fine6. Didn't experience noise7. Located near supermarketCons:1. Far away from Split city center, not nearby cafes and such2. You need to walk 1km to get to a restaurant (we went to restaurant Girasole, it was a nice restaurant)3. Construction work nearby causes slight traffic jams in surrounding areaAll in all I think it is a good hotel for the value. If you don't mind driving to the city center it's a good hotel.

Everything was spotless at the hotel. Since it is a new establishment, both the rooms and furniture are in excellent condition. The lobby is also very clean. There's a cafe and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Ms. Brigita, the receptionist, was friendly and attentive, providing outstanding customer service. She went the extra mile by preparing breakfast boxes since we checked out early in the morning. There isn't much in the surrounding area besides the supermarket Eurospin, so having a car would be beneficial; the hotel offers free parking. Alternatively, you can take an Uber to get around. There's also a bus stop just outside the hotel, making exploring the city convenient by public transportation.

Very pleasant and comfortable place to stay

The hotel is really good, modern and clean. The staff are very professional and helpful. Andrea from reception is truly amazing.

Excellent for transit flights and stopovers

The place opened the day we got there, so it looked very clean and smelt a little like ikea. The beds are comfortable, I found it a little strange that the double bed came with two single bed covers. The free breakfast  is fine, I think would be ideal if they pushed it out to 10am finish rather than 9:30.It was a little far from the old town, and public transport isn’t amazing. We got Uber taxi’s at they cost between 6-10 per trip

A fantastic hotel - clean, inviting, easily accessible, friendly and professional staff, great for access to the city or for airport transfer.  The only minus is the hallway noise, much of it coming from guests - yelling and door slamming woke me up at 5.30am, and the cleaning crews weren't much more quiet either a little after 7am.  Otherwise - a great place!

Nothing bad about it but not raving either

The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this for a quick and easy stay. The owner greeted us and arranged a private transfer for us from Split to Croatia at a moments notice. Whole experience was fantastic. We arrived late and the front desk clerk was helpful and made us feel welcome and at home after a long, exhausting and challenging trip from the US

Helpful staff. Very modern rooms and very clean! The breakfast was not very rich, but you could order all types of egg; they made us lovely tasting omelet and scrambled eggs, and that accompanied by lovely people saved the moment. Geography: This is 4,4 km from Split and also almost 2 km from Vranjic. Its an pre-industrial area, but now looking quite ok. Perfect if you have got a car; big parking place and there is also a large food-shop as closest nabour. The hotel opened July/aug, and we wish them all the best! If you need an Uber, write the name of the hotels restaurant; something starting with "T...." and the driver will find you.:)

The stay was good,proximity close to a supermarket, highway in and out of split, breakfast was enough to start the day’ only missing things was the kettle and some tea or coffe in the evening at your room’wine was included but I’d prefer a bottle of water maybe for the heat outside

Super helpful staff. Nice roomonly downside is there is a lot of noise

No coffee maker in the room, other than that the room was nice and clean, breakfast was good . 15 minutes by taxi away from the old town where all the activity happens.
