Fantastic
We are a family of 8 adults with two toddlers & had the most fabulous time in Fiss! Hotel Lasinga really ticked all the boxes, beautifully presented rooms with comfortable beds, great staff and delicious food at all meals. We really can’t say enough. The little ones enjoyed the playroom and the kids meals, nothing was too much trouble for the staff to accommodate our needs. There was a good amount of snow so we were able to ski back into the hotel, a shortish walk up the slope which only feeds the hotel & some other properties (not part of the piste) to go out in the mornings. We visited the pool at the sister hotel, Nagalu, which is chargeable but worth the visit, such a beautiful inside/outside pool. We didn’t use any other facilities there, but it all looked amazing. We knew that Serfaus Fiss Ladis was advertised as a family resort and weren’t disappointed, it really is designed for kids & families, but with plenty of skiing for those that want to ski more without little ones in tow. We had the best time and are pretty sure we will return next year! Thank you
