We were downgraded from the room we paid for because the hotel was very busy. We ended up in a small room on the ground floor. The bathroom was very small and there was no separate shower cubicle so we showered over the toilet. The hotel has a very good and very well priced restaurant which I can recommend. You can walk into central Livingstone in about half an hour. I felt very safe walking around during daylight.
