We stayed in Sapa in late January 2018. We arrived with no booked accommodation. 

A lady approached us as we got off our bus from Ha Giang and offered us a cheap rate and said her hotel was close by. We were tired and couldn’t be bothered to look around so we decided to check it out. 

It was a very short walk from the bus stop, we checked out the room and decided it was ok. 

To our surprise, when we pulled back the sheets we found the beds had heating pads on them. This was very welcome due to the cold weather and lack of heat in most of the hotel rooms in Sapa. 

The room was small, the beds were also small (slightly larger than a twin). The beds were also very hard. 

We didn’t use the wifi if there was any, just the data on our phones. 

The hotel helped us organize our bus the next day to Điện Biên and allowed us to store some things in their refrigerator overnight, which was helpful. 

The hot water for my shower was great but only lasted a few minutes sadly. 

Average... but heated beds!

AVOID! 
Room were huge but there was big humidity and everythig seemed to be wet. But the worst was when at the morning we find out that someone came to our room at night and took all our money. Owner of the hotel didnt want to call the police when we asked her(strange?). We went to the police station and detective said that it have must been someone from hotel staff. He came with us there and asked for recording from the camera but it was not working. If you dont want to loose all your money in this terrible place, do yourself a favor and choose one of those nice cheap hotels in the center.

Worst nightmare ever

It's ok for me and my friends. We decided to stay at this hotel because when we arriving in SAPA by sleeper bus at 4.00am it was raining and we feel so tried. We just want some place to rest , keep a stuff there and having breakfast. There offer to take us  to the hotel by taxi among the rain and it's cost 12USD per room (3 people but we didn't sleep there at that night we just use the room to keep some stuff and take a shower before we take a sleeper bus to Hanoi at 10.00pm) 

more over we rent motor bike from the hotel for 4USD per each (Excluded the oil)

Not good not bad

Even if indeed some rooms are ok, the managers/owners of this hotel are horrible. The stay can be ruined only because of this. We arrived at noon with an agoda reservation made a few days earlier. Despite this, they lied to us by making us believe that our reservation was cancelled by agoda which was completely necessary because we had the confirmation. Simply this hotel made from OVER BOOKING. More room for us while it was noon, they put us in a rotten room of a Homestey just next door! We had $20 for a room at their house and ended up in a shed to spend this price!!! The story is not over because we booked a new night for them the next morning and they had arrived at the hotel reception, and they hated it.

Get out of this hotel / OVER BOOKING

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights, it was clean cheap and pleasant, the staff do all they can to help you out with things to do and see.

This is in a good location, walking distance to everything in town, shops and restaurants.

I would stay here again.

i arrived by motorbike and we women was one of the first that picked us up and made a good price. we stayed there and all the smiled smiled so friendly at us and then we read the name from the hotel again, ups, but no problem :) 
first time i slept in a room with a bedding printed " sweet love" "darling" ... :)

good clean and friendly

very family friendly, helpful, friendly atmosphere, rooms very tastefully decorated. A little dusty, room service none, but great the heat ceiling we needed in February. So dear people. Good English. We also got everything we needed when we had problems with the Chinese New Year celebration. Also gasoline! Super service! We were invited to New Year's dinner! It was incredibly impressive and everything was very beautiful and lovingly cooked and prepared. A real recommendation.

excellent price-performance ratio

Staff is working hard. Rooms mold the walls neatly and partially. Windows to the hallway, if someone smokes in the hallway, pull it into the room. Breakfast is made at will, partially the ingredients are forgotten even though it's on the map.

It could be better.

The hotel is very good, luxurious, but the manager has only one idea in mind: money. We are promised a room for 3 people has 3 dollars and we are offered two beds for one person. The room has three beds is worth 12 dollars. After much discussion, we get 10 dollars. Second round: buy a bus ticket back to Hanoi. This is the cheapest place in the city. At the time of paying, she adds 10,000 dongs which I refuse to pay. Third round on the way back from trek to Sa Pa, we shower our bus to the hotel. The manager takes a look at it and charges 30,000 dongs. My friend has.

Super Hotel but Staff Horrible

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, the bathroom is the nicest, the room that touched us was zero ventilated and very dark, with a window that leads up the stairs (that is, no way out). We saw that there were other rooms that were much nicer, but if you see that the price was ours! Very close to where the bus leaves you, that's very practical. The rest of the hostels are far away. There are options for eating around, we were around the market, or if we didn't go to the center.
