In total the location was really great. For a low price it is very good!!! Staff is not as friendly like in other places but okay we were not that many time in the hotel!!! It was clean and nice and we had two nice days in phan tiet

Good location for a low price 

Our stay was "OK". The staff were not very helpful or just not present most of the time. The bed was foam, better then we have had in the past but smelled strongly of mold. The smell was enough to wake you up at night but got a little better after we changed the sheets. The bathroom was clean as was the room. The A/C was good enough to be borderline cold at night which I enjoy. The location is pretty good with an alley across the street leads right to the beach and food/drink are close at hand. After asking around there are others out there that have better accommodations for the same price.

Decent price but there is better out there

Rooms are okay if you want to stay 1/2 nights. Sheets and towels are provided but really old and a bit smelly.
Staff ist close to non-existent and quite unfriendly (worst in 10 weeks travelling).
Had big argument with the travel agent from the hotel. Do not book there or at least make sure you have a written price agreement/pay upfront. Prices for travel services are way to high as well.
Safe travel through Vietnam.

Rooms ok... the rest not

Well this hotel is a 2.4, so I have rounded it down. The location is right opposite the beach walkway (3 minutes to get on the beach) which is great. It also has lots of surrounding restaurants. Unfortunately the main area to eat, drink etc. is about a 15 minute walk away. Set back from the road, it gets minimal traffic noise. However the staff had that covered... Our first morning we were woken up at 6am by a screaming caged bird. Once complained later that day the bird was taken somewhere else. For the other remaining mornings we were woken up at ridiculous times by the staff.  They seem to just shout constantly. Not good when you are wanting to unwind. The main lady has been friendly, but the rest of the staff are grumpy. Rooms are basic, and the showers are awful to use.

It is a cheap place to stay, but if we were to recommend anywhere to stay it would be further west (around joes bar, 86). The road numbers are all over the place. Even on the beach side, odd on the other. Evens are further west, so 81 (which is where Anh Hien is) is quite a distance from 80.

Below average. So much better out there

Good stay, most relaxed check-in Vietnam (no names or passport check). Bathrooms not the cleanest but OK for the price. Good location in the tourist area of Mui He and close to all restaurants. Across the road from the beach.
