The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is near tourist attractions which are within walking distance.

Great location and delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly—especially Huy from guest relations, who recommended great spots for food and souvenirs. Be sure to ask for him! The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and I loved the soft linen bedding.

I had such a wonderful stay at Signature Hoi An. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely attentive and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Their hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

One person who stood out in particular was Huy. He speaks fluent English, which made conversation effortless and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and his friendly demeanor truly enhanced my experience.

I highly recommend Signature Hoi An to anyone visiting the area — it’s a place where great service and warm hospitality come together.

We had the best experience thanks to Yen. She was so helpful and her service was amazing. Even when it was flooded everywhere, she came to get us and walked with us through the water. She was just so kind. When we were transferred to another hotel, she still stayed in contact with us to ask if everything was okay. She is simply the best. Also, the hotel was really beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at the signature hotel. Yen was the most helpful, friendly, and kind recetiopnist. She made sure everything was great. The Signature Hotel blew my expectations out of the water. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in we felt taken care of. The staff is so friendly, especially Yen who took the best care of us. She is a gem. The staff even brought me a birthday cake and hats. The buffet was massive and the food was better than the Michelin star restaurant we went to. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and great amenities. The spa service was luxurious. Our last night there were floods, but the staff took extra care to make sure everyone was safe and taken care of. They went beyond 5 stars. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Hoi An.

The location of this hotel is unbelievable, so close to everything perfect to see in Hoi An. Walking around was very safe as the area around the hotel shuts down for just pedestrians. The hotel was very clean, I was so surprised at what an incredible recovery after the historic flood. The staff was incredible as well. Huy in particular was great, he supported us to find local activities, restaurants and book transfers. Thank you Signature Hoi A for a great experience!

Great Hotel

Our stay at The Signature Hoi An was perfect. The hotel is at a great location with all key spots at walkable distance. The property is very nice, clean rooms, good food, wonderful spa and above all extremely warm service from all staff members we came across. The hotel offers complimentary bicycles that we took and roamed around the ancient town. Highly recommend this property for stay in Hoi An !!!

Awesome property & great location

I absolutely love my experience! This hotel is so beautiful, location is perfect, staff is so nice and friendly. Huy at the front desk is a wonderful person who was ready to help and support our needs. He was solving a very tricky situation my friend brought from outside to the hotel🙏.  Rooms are so clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. Breakfast as superb.
I am really happy with my stay in this wonderful city. And I really hope to come back!

A perfect place to be

Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond; they even proactively reached out to us to arrange an airport pickup, and the price was notably cheaper than getting a Grab ourselves. Our room was quite decent, and we particularly liked the charming, traditional Vietnamese decor. The location truly stands out, offering super easy access to the Old Town, as well as a variety of restaurants, spas, and bars right nearby. The only small issue we encountered was with the bathroom's water flush, which could be improved.

This is a gem. Breakfast is delicious. Lots of variety every morning. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious. The cookies left on the bed every evening were a nice touch. The spa is reasonably priced and the pool area, though small, is quaint. The location is superb. It is far enough from the busy streets of Old Town but close enough to walk everywhere. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants as well and the night market is a 5 minute walk. We felt the driver who picked us up at the airport in Danang drove recklessly and to make up for this, the hotel provided free transport to our next destination. The staff was lovely, kind and attentive. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended.

During our two-week trip to Vietnam, Signature Hoi An was by far one of the best places we stayed. The property is new, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, with a perfect location just minutes from Hoi An’s Ancient Town, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and local markets. They even offer free bike rentals, making it effortless to explore the town and surrounding countryside. What truly stood out was their continental breakfast, an incredible experience we’d never had before, with a variety and quality that felt luxurious. Combined with flexible check-in and check-out times, this stay was flawless and unforgettable.
