I stayed in this hotel for almost two weeks. At first the hotel is very simple but in the end, given its geographical location, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness with the daily cleaning of the rooms, and the prices in the area, you realize that this hotel is simply excellent.

Family, basic but perfect.

For a modest-priced hotel, the price-quality ratio is super good. It's across the bus terminal, so the location is unbeatable, opposite Los Dedos, the beach is nice on one side and the beach is nice on the other just a few steps away. Breakfast is simple but fulfills its function, maybe I'd add some fruit to it and try out with other juices because they weren't rich but everything else was just fine. The staff is very friendly, both at the buffet and at the desk. The hotel is clean, no complaint would just say that they fix the window in the first floor of room 109 because it's impossible to open or close it without fear of falling off part of the frame.

Inexpensive hotel located right behind the bus terminal. Very basic rooms. Given the price, one certainly doesn't expect luxury, however the bathroom was in dire need of maintenance/remodeling: broken tiles, ancient plumbing fixtures. Reasonably comfortable bed and pillow. Decent wifi.
Quite a bit of noise from the restaurant area until midnight, then reasonably quiet.

Excellent reception. A taste of the room, towels, bedding. Even shampoo... glasses in the fridge. All of 10. in the morning a long breakfast schedule, rich coffee, milk, gelatin, yogurt and a variety of puddings, as well as the option of toast... and jams.

It's summer to mid-January.

We stayed at the Gaudí Hotel from late 2019 to early 2020.A simple, clean hotel with very good staff.It is located in an excellent location, opposite the bus terminal, near the beaches of Mansa and Brava, on Gorlero Street.

End of year in Punta

The attention was kind, I felt very comfortable, on the human side, the cleaning, the breakfasts, the wi-fi, all of ten. The price is affordable. It is very well located, near everything, and the beaches are mansa and brava, cerquisima.

Close to everything, very well located.

An old hotel, there are attempts to improve it but it is far from reaching an acceptable level. It lacks much maintenance, painting, carpets, furniture, etc. It has wifi, no parking and no elevator. The breakfast is modest, but it performs its function well.

Dejar pasar is the place to go.

A simple hotel, clean and well maintained, is better than many of the hotels.Excellent service: very friendly and hospitable staff, comfortable beds and a very rich breakfast.I highlight the staff's willingness to please the guest.

Small hotel with very good location, good cleaning, sorry that everything else is very neglected and old we stayed a week and in the bathroom there was a broken glass and stayed so for 7g, breakfast had only syrup fruit, horrible coffee.....clearly the price is low however, lacks the will to do better....

Very neglected.

The highlight of the hotel is its excellent location, a few steps from Punta del Este terminal and very close to the cozy beaches and Gorlero Street, so you don't need a car to access the main attractions of the resort.It is an old hotel, without luxuries, but given its location, the price ratio is very good.
