I’ll start off by saying if I could give this place more than a 5/5 rating I would. Not only is this place cheaper than anything else around, there isn’t a crazy lease that requires you to stay here. It’s perfect for short term housing. I stayed here for a month and a half and got nothing but excellent service. The managers Donnie and Angela will fix anything that comes up, they are very lenient on payments if you need to wait a few days for the paycheck to come through. I ended up breaking a box spring while I was here, and when I told the managers there was a new box spring arrival the following day. I’m sure it would’ve been there in the same day had I told them sooner in the day. I wish I had found this place sooner for while I was waiting for a house on base. I highly recommend staying here. I would also like to say that I am a huge fan of keeping my house cold. The AC in these cottages will make you feel like you’re in the North Pole. If you’re in the military and looking for a place to stay while you’re waiting for a house like I was, do not go any further and get a cottage. Its 4 minutes from base, and fits in your BAH. All utilities are paid for and there is WiFi here that works well. It’s already completely furnished and again if there’s anything you need the management will take care of you within a day. 

PHENOMENAL

My wife,son,dog and I stayed here for 35 days. From upon arrival the property manger was very respectful, polite and helped us get our 2bed room house for the time spent. Everything worked great and was completely furnished and even had WiFi! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for short to long term stays in Twentynine Palms. Also had a pool and laundry facilities on site which was a extra bonus that helped us feel at home. Great prices, great employees and amazing houses for rent. You will feel at home your entire stay. 

Stayed for over a month

I lived at Blue Sky Resort from April 2017-August 2017, while I was waiting for my house to be ready.They don't require a lease, so it is perfect for people that need temporary housing. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The community barbecues that they hosted were nice. I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend Blue Sky Resort to my friends, and family. 

Great little place

This is one of the worst places we have stayed at. The facility is not managed with the correct staffing. The trailer is very out dated. The Blue Sky Resort is listed on the "Bed Bug" registry, we had to spray the bed down. We seen another unit which had the beds outside of the units for a day and then placed back. Wifi does NOT work very well - you will get kicked off line. The Managers children does party until 3 AM. Facility is no longer quiet with many of the permanent residents now living on the property.  Military member  be aware management is not friendly with military.

TRAILER PARK STATUS!

Pictures don't do this place justice. Stayed here with my fiancé about year ago and it was amazing. It was completely affordable for the two of us. Management was great and understanding about everything. I would recommend this to everyone who is visiting 29 palms for military reasons. This place is great, especially if you're staying for a while.
