This place was terrible! Shame on Zen hotels for even offering this as a stay. We got lucky they worked with us but so many people get turned away or just simply leave. Would not take kids here as it is not anything as advertised. Roaches all over the room and I feel like we got there best room they had. No pool, another guy at check in gave another customer our room with a n
