We stayed here for 6 days, visiting Crater Lake, Cascades Siskyou National Monument, biked to Ashland and to Medford, swam in the pool, just had a good relaxing time.
The motel is run by a very friendly married couple, and they do all the work on their own, very well. We had a room with a kitchen, with coffee pot, microwave, 2-burner stove, some dishes & utensils, a fridge and a (well-working) freezer. Everything was clean, not worn out, comfortable, and the hosts were very respectful of our preferences. We asked for what we wanted and received it every time. The only complaint we have is that the walls of the motel are quite thin, and on two nights we heard our neighbors leave early in the mornning.
This is a small-ish, comfortable place, well-located and well-loved. We highly recommend it.

Delivered well on all our expectations

Stayed here when we saw a show in Ashland because all the hotels in Ashland where filled up or too expensive. Picked this place because of the reviews and I was so happy that I did.The rooms where so clean and the staff was so helpful and nice. This is a hidden gem in the area and I will definitely stay here again since we see shows in the Medford and Ashland area on a constant basis. I gave it 5 stars based on the fact that I've stayed at 5 star hotels that didn't give even close to the customer service we received here.

Hidden Gem

We stayed at this motel June 3.  The room was exceptionally clean.  Manager pleasant and helpful.  Very good price and good location.   This is an older motel, but is very well managed.   It is in a good location to attend the Camelot Theater in Talent, Oregon.

Managers Bharat & Priti are friendly and very helpful.  Motel is recently renovated, very clean, quiet, and conveniently located near restaurants, a grocery store, and a drug store. This motel is a great value for the money. Some breakfast is provided as well as an iron and both tub and shower. I was able to safely leave my car there for two weeks and even caught a ride to the airport from the manager.

Needed place to stay and park my vehicle while taking a two weeks' long trip, flying out of Medford.

Very nice rooms with lots of space.  Good breakfast items to take back to the room.  Kitchen have spartan utensils so if you plan to cook bring utensils.  Refrigerator, stove and microwave included.  Bring your own coffee or use theirs.  Internet good.

Bargain

I am always so hesitant to give a simple motel a 5, thinking that people will be expecting the Hilton.  The Hilton, it is not, but wonderfully comfortable, clean, and overlooking the creek and the greenway.  But I have given Hiltons less than a 5 on occasion.  In any case, this little gem far exceeded my expectations.  I was visiting a friend in a small apartment nearby, and just needed some space.  I chose a room with a kitchenette. Just loved my experience. It was a little bit more for this larger room.  But the owner told me that people reserve rooms months in advance.  It is a special little place.
