I had my family come visit and we rented a cabin online was the best deal for all of us. Believe me I will pay whatever next time for a place other than this one! We arrived at the cabin during the day decided to drop off stuff and go to the beach! We came back that night to a barely dripping shower head no pressure. Went to lay in bed and discovered the sheets covered in human hair they had not been changed! I went to office called the number and the lady on the other end offered no remedy not even clean sheets! Finally after standing outside office with my family trying to decide where to go since they were sold out and couldn’t move us into a clean cabin then a man comes to the door I tell him what’s happened and all he can do is talk about how they are not on duty right now and planning their wedding! Wtf! We will never stay here again and are waiting on a response from booking .com on a refund lighthouse cabins won’t settle saying they did refund partial but takes 10-15 days??? Pay more get more less ones learned this place should be torn down! Also the bed was broken! The frame!

Nasty place!

We got to 5 people(2 adults,3 children) and the cabin was really dirty, mold in the bathroom, the kitchen sink was very dirty and outdated, full of hair in the sheets, dirty floor with popcorn on the floor, no pictures really represent what it looks like (especially the size, even having called before to make sure that 5 people in there, that's a tiny day, not even able to close the bathroom door...)my 4-year-old girl coughed all night because of the mold, she's asthmatic, and the owner is very interested in doing it from morning but not to pay back when it's not a proper room! I was embarrassed to get her place to rent in a porch house (a nice house) like this, because I didn't pay a lot of money, and we didn't even get to pay the room because of the mold, she's asthmatic, and the owner is very interested in doing it from morning until morning, and we're sure that we're not getting a payday!

Don't go too dirty and not representative!!

I stayed here two nights and on the day we checked in the plumbing was backed up, toilet would not flush, and it was filled to the room with old toilet paper and waste. Not to mention the disgusting SMELL of feces. The front desk told us someone from a drain company would be there ASAP to solve the issue. We waited 2 HOURS and wasted a night waiting for someone to show up no one ever came and we were left with NO plumbing for our entire stay. They told me I would receive a refund, it’s been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive one and they have ignored my phone calls and voicemails. DO NOT waste your money!!! This place is disgusting!

Don't go !!!!  I slept in my car my son and g.f. slept inside BUT we bought cleaner to clean it up some what.Dirty floor stains on pillow cases and sheets should be shut down.Creeps all around the place that live in the cottage next to room 7.Please dont give them a dime .It is a dump.I'M calling Travelocity today.

Horrible lost our money left 3 days early-Place was nasty very dirty

A place with very little luxury, very little dishwashing... small... lacking a lot of things like windows that work, no door for my room. Dirty toilet and small ect chance that the beds are comfortable. The pool is not bad either. The manager is very kind and polite. Let's put enough hay pin the rest!!!

There's much better.

When we checked in we were not given the cabin we requested, the clerk said sorry we’re sold out, we actually paid more for a porch on the cabin requested! When we pulled up to the cabin they gave us there was no parking, we had to park partially next door and partially on the road. When we went inside, the cabin was disgusting. There was food in the sink (see picture), hair everywhere (see picture), and trash strewn from a never emptied barrel outside (see picture). We called the owner for a refund as we were not staying there, she hung up on us!! We checked Out within minutes of checking in, a refund was finally issued after another call and being yelled at. We saw the bad reviews but figured we’d give it a chance, well they are all correct, STAY AWAY!!

do not stay there 2 days. One day and only if you absolutely cannot find any place to stay.. the 2 good things: the bed and the swimming pool. it was actually not dirty, but is immediately dirty when you walk in once or twice... they do clean but not when you need them to do it. the barbecue is out of gas. do not even think of cooking there. the kitchen sink is also bathroom sink. the bathroom is for emergency only and our shower absolutely terrible!) did not have a working faucet. the wifi does not connect you to internet. what else do you need to turn around and hightail out of there? Overpriced ..absolutely 50 bucks be too much for that dump. noisy road ... ah one good thing its next door to a cafe that has a nice porch, has great coffee and some food and is very friendly

terrible bathroom worst in USA so far

I thought this place was great we had such a wonderful time it fit the need it did you know when you're at Old Orchard Beach you don't sit in your room all the time and and it's a place to rest your head and they had a hot plate with a skillet and it was perfect you can plug it in right up on the sink..the bathroom is small but big deal who hangs out in the bathroom ..the beds were comfortable the staff was friendly delivered towelss and whatever you needed on time the place was wonderful I liked it and I'll certainly go again. And the best part of it all I was allowed to have my dog..

What a scam!! the website is for 29th street Saco but it rents at 74th street Saco we thought we were going to the Landings ( 29) but our cabin was at 74th it was dirty, small, poorly made, noisy equipped horrible cabin!!! air conditioning dusty, coffee maker dusty too, air conditioning doesn't work and no mosquito nets at the windows so sea turtle at night, kitchenette not functional with practically nothing inside, broken mattress beds more than finished!!! no sink in the bathroom, and the most beautiful step from door to door...the only positive point is the pool that was clean and nice otherwise you get out of there as quickly as possible.....

Get out of here!

I don't recommend it to people who can't say (Ben Coudonc, that's it) Arrival: 6 or 6 bikes dismantled sideways, wooden ropes in front of cabins, scissors everywhere in the pseudo parking lot, laundry rope attached to 2 cabins, squares of missing and unreplaced windows, rotten roofs with pine needles, 2 inch space under the front doors, leather curtains for the bedrooms, dirty bathrooms and rusty shower with sandals, a 1930s sink all rusty and I'm passing, Ah yes! dirty ear on the kitchen window frame, sunfloor/family level of 6 inches and I'm stopping.
