The property was clean and easy to find. We had a great time and the space was perfect for our family. We loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing view of the beach between two trees. Memorable trip overall. Went with 4 kids and 3 families, it was comfortable and close to everything. Used the pool and hot tub at night. Walkable to pohaku park, dollies pub and a mile away from food trucks.

Stayed here. Good experience.

No AC on second floor, extremely uncomfortable for sleeping. Outdated bathrooms, front office barely open the entire week. Had to call four times to get the shower fixed.. Pool hours were very reduced. 

Needs serious updates

We arrived late because of rental car problems so had to use courtesy phone to get keys from the lock box. They knew we were coming late but no one told us the office would be closed and no one answered the phone. Went to sister resort across the street and they told us to return and use the red phone - finally after many calls and about 30 minutes someone answered & got keys. There had been a storm so beach and pool across the street was closed/washed out. Pool on site is ok.  The unit was fine, well equipped, washer dryer. We like the location - Beach House Restaurant across the street and Maui Brewing Co around the corner. Only about 8 miles from downtown Lahaina where we love to go and eat and shop.
Can't say enough about Waikiki Brew Co on Front St - HH and brisket sandwich and onion rings!! Park in the outlet mall behind it - free at the time of this post.  Also don't miss the Maui Estate Chocolate tour - not the farm, just do the tasting - it's on the roof and you can order wine to sip with your chocolate.

Like the location

Very dissatisfied with the service. They don’t have hot water enough for a 2 bedroom suite and they 24hr front desk. They open at 8:30am so if you need anything you have to wait for the receptionist/housekeeping to be there. 

1st issue: No 2 people at once if you need to shower because hot water is apparently not working due to a very small water heater under the kitchen sink for a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath. They have a 40 gallon heater for a 2 bedroom unit. The water heater is under the kitchen sink and not enough hot water for the second floor and no water heater on the second floor.

2nd issue: the AC unit it’s only in the downstairs living room, which needs to a balcony upstairs or the master bedroom. Master bedroom is the AC from downstairs which means bedroom it’s really hot. They have a fan upstairs which is supposed to cool down the master bedroom. Second bedroom only has a standing fan and a ceiling fan which do not keep the bedroom cool enough. 

3rd issue: I had to request for towels and toilet paper and no one came.  When I called the next day in the afternoon since I was out all day, the receptionist said to wait because housekeeping was busy. 2 days busy? Unacceptable. On top of that I asked what happened to fixing the water heater and front desk stated that they had 2 orders ahead of me and I had to wait. Again, waiting on 3rd day for this to get fixed. Plus she hung up on me. 

With regards to the hot water, It was suggested to take a shower every 30/60 min to allow the water to heat up. Should I boil water to take showers now? Unacceptable!!!!

4th issue: no one ever came to clean or do any sort of housekeeping whatsoever.

Very Disappointed

Located very close to the most exclusive neighborhoods of Maui, spacious and clean rooms on arrival, complete kitchen, Some do not have air conditioning in the bedroom, but it is resolved with a silent ceiling fan.

We had a good time overall. We stayed at one bedroom apartment. It was ok for 2 adults and 2 kids. I liked the kitchen. We could prepare our breakfast. The kitchen sink drain was cloged. Having a dishwasher was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. The pool was nice and clean. The one thing I did not like was that they did not have room cleaning for whole week. They brought us new towels and other supplies which was ok. Location was great close to many beaches, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend.

Our trip to Lahaina

 We had a wonderful vacation. Accommodations were great, the area is beautiful, close to some fantastic beaches. We could not have asked for more. Lot of things to do, like hiking, shopping, luaus and other entertainments. We highly recommend Kahana Villa Resort.

Maui trip

Condo was very nice and clean for an extremely affordable price for a weeks stay. The beds were comfortable and having a kitchen made it even more affordable being able to cook and having air conditioning made it even more comfortable. The location was great very quite area only 10 minute drive to Lahaina with bars and shopping and restaurants and 5 minute drive to Kapalua to snorkel with turtles what was also great was it is right across the street from the beach and sister resort with restaurant and bar.
