After a disappointing experience at the JW Hotel in Miami about a year ago, I was almost ready to move on from JW. I heard great things about this location and went in with high expectations. This JW was what I was hoping for when I visited the Miami location. I enjoyed the executive lounge on the first floor, they had a good selection of drinks, from soda, to sparkling water. Plenty of snacks to go around, loved the coffee machine with pre-settings to make cappuccino, lattes, etc. The service was tops as well, major respect to our bellman who truly went above and beyond during our two night trip, I feel bad that I never got his name, but he mentioned that he has been with JW for 30 years which explains a lot. He is what sets hotels like JW apart from the rest. We got great service from the entire staff, we got to experience why the JW Marriott is head and shoulders above the competition. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was superb. The staff brought a complimentary gift for Wifey's B-Day after checking in. Great experience overall, nothing short of 5 stars.
