I believe this is a scam I reserved this hotel and tried contacting the company several times and got a no longer in service tone. I emailed several times and messaged on fb. I received a confirmation email and it gave me contact info and I recontacted them and then it said email address not a address couldn't send message and got a no service tone on the phone. I've drove to the hotel and it's empty no lights on noone was there. I've been trying to cancel this reservation and can't get ahold of the company. Now their website says no longer found. So I'm hoping they don't charge my account.

Scam

We only spent one night in Antoinette's Fan Room but LOVED the comforting and refreshing stay!  The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was to die for! Wow. Superb! We peaked at some of the rooms and loved how each room was beautiful and welcoming. We're looking forward to a return visit.

Charming and Relaxing Stay

I just stumbled on this B&B and I am so glad I did! The owners are SO hospitable! I stayed in the Presidential room but I think next time I want to stay in one of the other rooms just to try them out! This is a beautiful home, tastefully decorated but not stuff at all and it is easy to see how it could be a perfect place to have a wedding or a family reunion because they have a lot of common spaces for folks to hang out and play board games or watch tv or movies from their extensive collection. My room had a Jacuzzi tub which was wonderful. The food was just scrumptious! I enjoyed it so much I stayed another day!

Serendipity!

We loved our stay in the Frontier Room. We were passing through the area so didn’t have long to explore but wish we had more time to stay here. The Inn is well situated in Fort Smith, not far from I-40 and close enough to explore the downtown area. The room was clean and we loved the coffee in the morning before breakfast as we packed for the road. The hosts are very nice and personable. Very knowledgeable about the area and easy to talk to. We enjoyed breakfast; fruit followed by eggs with herbs from the garden and bacon and homemade muffins. We recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Frontier Room Stay

Three nights in a beautiful old home.  VERY friendly owners/managers, well appointed, (the gas fireplace was VERY welcome on cold February nights. The breakfasts were superb.  The B&B is well placed to visit downtown and to get OUT of town.  We had a great time!

Great place to stay and breakfast

The room was beautiful and the owners were friendly and professional. The homemade candlelit breakfast was delicious. The gas fireplace and whirlpool tub for two was perfect for romance. We would definitely stay here again....

Perfect overnight getaway!!!

We didn't have long to experience this property but the 13 hours we were there were very enjoyable.  We stayed in the Ruth and Louis suite and enjoyed everything about it.  All the rooms are available to explore (unless occupied) and the hosts are quite knowledgeable about the property.  We would love to stay here again.

Great stopover

Wonderful place to get away with my wife. We were married here in 2007 and continue to visit every few years. As always, the place is clean, quiet, and exactly the getaway we needed to unplug and just enjoy each other.

Top notch, personal service

This place is not equipped to handle large groups for meals. Went on a bus trip, had 42 people and only two servers, took forever to get our food. We were served salad and chicken crepes, they were ok. Not equipped for people with mobility issues, no ramps or handrails, only two restrooms

Not for tour groups

The Inn is on a major street across from a Catholic High School and Conference Center. It is a large old house with a bunch of rooms. On entering, Mike the proprietor told us that he thought we’d be a bit later. We were the only guests tonight. The front hallway has a large decorated Christmas tree. Nicely done. There’s a winding staircase up to the second floor where our room is located. Down the hall is a large ‘family room’ with numerous easy chairs, a TV and a lot of games and magazines.

Our room is delightful. High ceilings. Two easy chairs. A Queen sized bed. And a large bathroom with a corner tub and a small shower. And the fixtures are blue.

Downstairs just off the entry is a large dining room with a number of tables. Off against the window was a small table with two settings. As we were the only ones at the Inn, that was for us.  In the background was soft Holiday music.

Breakfast was quite nice. Mike began by bringing us glasses of juice (a mixture of orange and cranberry juices). Quite good. Then he brought us each a fruit cup (pears, pineapple, blueberries, pomegranate, bananas). I felt a bit self-conscious him serving us since we were the only ones staying at the Inn. But I suppressed my inclination to go into the kitchen and help. The fruit cup was good also. And now for the main dish. It was eggs cooked with cream cheese, local bacon (thick and really tasty) and a sweet bread. All quite good. Nice reason to come to a Bed and Breakfast.
