For a unknown name brand motel, we were very happy to see that the place was kept well, both inside and outside.The bed was comfortable to sleep in, had a couch, desk,  refrigerator and microwave. There was coffee in the room,  no breakfast but there was a McDonald’s  Waffle House, cracker Barrel, and Golden corral all nearby.
Most important thing it was that it was clean

Great parking for tow truck. Big beds and lots of hot water. Convenient to highway, alot of choices for food near by. Would definitely tell friends and family.

had room 308,lady at desk was very rude,said that she couldn't rent us a room because we wanted smoking, I state to her that we can smoke outside, she than gave up a room,which was 308,lno light in bathroom, ceiling have parts where laying on stand,cleaning supplies left in our our n trash was left in the room from guest night before n bags  of rags where left, refrigerator n dirty n stuff left in it,I stay with your motel every weekend for the past 2 months, this was the worst visit e ever

I decided to stay at this place instead of the cheaper places at the same exit b/c it is further away from I-95. The rooms are good size; the bathroom is smallish, but ok. Microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker in the room, but no coffee packets provided and no breakfast in the morning. The building feels pretty old, but they seem recently renovated. There was some incense smell in my room, which I would guess was intended to cover up some other smell. It is a decent place, just a bit pricey, especially since there is no breakfast or even coffee packets.

Just needed a quick room overnight as we did not intend on being stuck in town overnight. The motel filled the bill perfectly! Friendly front desk people, SUPER clean and quite comfortable. The only drawback for me was there was a coffeepot but no coffee in the rooms and the lobby wasn't open in the morning. Would stay again

Ended up staying here a week as Freightliner worked on my truck. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great manager. Quiet. Woods behind the facility. Truck parking. Pet friendly. Smoking and non-smoking rooms. Flying J, Taco Bell/KFC, McDonalds and Waffle House all withing walking distance. I will be staying here whenever I am through the area.
Almost forgot: fantastic wi-fi and many channels to choose from (including the NFL channel). 
Come and stay driver, just help keep the place maintained.

Nice little niche

This is our second stay here in Elkton Lodge, June and August 2016 Both times service was excellent. Rooms were extremely clean. The hotel has easy access to I95 and local restaurants. We will be back again next year when we travel through MD> We stayed in a pet friendly room and were pleasantly surprised how clean the room was, especially the carpets. The bed was so comfortable when I arrived I fell asleep immediately, until dinner time.  Other hotels do not meet these standards. Awesome job Elkton Lodge and we look forward to our next stay. Thank you.

Great rates, Great people, clean rooms.

Shower head broken. Hair in the sheets and on the pillow cases. No coffee for coffee pot. Totally unclean and management is very rude. Motel 6 down the street is much better!! The room stinks horrible!
