Crag House B&B

Crag House is a lovely home set in elaborate gardens with fabulous views out every window. My room was very comfortable. Mike and Melanie are very gracious hosts and gave me a warm welcome, including tea and delicious cake on their garden terrace. The breakfast was the best I had during my 5 night/5 B&B short walk along Hadrian's Wall. Everything about my stay was perfect. I walked up the road from the Chollerford Roundabout and would recommend that walkers get directions on getting their via the Hadrian's Wall Path instead. The road was narrow and all uphill (for about 2 miles) and had a surprising amount of traffic in the late afternoon/early evening.
