Old Rectory Hotel

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly with such "can do" attitude, we all loved it. Rooms very clean and comfortable, (room 5 is a good one with a 4 poster bed). We had a buffet lunch, chosen from their menu. There was plenty of it, freshly put together and served beautifully. The bar was well stocked (loved the Shropshire Gold beer) and there are plenty of rooms to sit, chat and drink in. We had a 90th Birthday party with very young children and it was a very safe and child friendly hotel. The gardens were lovely and thankfully the sun was out so we spent most of the day outside. The bed was welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast the next day was good value and delicious. The energy of one member of staff was incredible having dealt with us all weekend, thank you very much. But to add, ALL the staff who worked that weekend were brilliant. Thank you for making our mums birthday successful and one to remember.
