Premier Inn Newquay - A30/Fraddon

Comfortable stay, good central location, plenty of secure parking. Lots of facilities close by, Mac Donald’s, petrol, coffee, tk maxx, M&S etc. Friendly staff. No noise could be heard from the main road. 

Excellent hotel throughout. Reception staff are friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble, including when advising on local travel routes. 

The room was also immaculate. Premier inn yet again showing excellent value for money.

I go all the time all and the staff including the housekeeping in the corridors are friendly. Breakfast is good value, and good quality. Lots of shops nearby and they are open until 8pm. The car park is pretty big and its free. Convenient one night stop for what I needed, will return again soon.

Perfect for what we needed. Would recommend getting the buffet breakfast! Our teens are never full an it was a blessing! 
Also a Starbucks right outside for the teenager who 'can't function without her Starbies'

Charming hotel offering a convenient and budget-friendly location, situated just off the A30.

The room itself was clean and served as a good place to stay over for the night.

The staff were really friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They provided great recommendations for local attractions too.

We stay here every year when visiting family. 
As usual, we received a warm welcome from the deputy manager.  The room was the usual Premier Inn standard; clean and with everything we needed. Extra towels and pillows were quickly provided. 

The room temperature was just right; the window was open which was great. 

The beds were comfy, with cosy duvets.  Even the second child’s bed was comfy (these can be hard and uncomfortable). 

The shower was absolutely lovely, decent pressure and consistent temperature.  The new Baylis & Harding shower gel (and hand wash) were a welcome new touch. 

The road noise wasn’t an issue; we were on the shop side of the hotel, and the cars passing weren’t really a problem. 

Breakfast next door at the Penhale Round was great both mornings.  The buffet was well stocked, and everything was cooked to order.  

Special thanks to the bearded gentleman on reception who helped us when the vending machine played up. He wouldn’t be beaten and we eventually got out items. 

Plenty of car parking, handy shops and McDonalds, easy location. See you next year!

Clean room and bathroom,  comfortable bed/pillows,, friendly, quick check in/out, close to A30, good facilities around the hotel, plenty of parking, asked for a first floor room and was a quick swap, not a problem

The staff were very friendly, everything went smooth with checking in and out. The beds were crisp-clean and comfortable and the hotel was lovely and quiet.
The next door pub is such a fantastic option: the food was great, staff were so kind and welcoming and being literally next door makes it so ideal if you have to drag the kids out of bed to make it to breakfast. 
The handwritten welcome note and the matchmakers chocolate box were such a personal touch too!

Highly recommended hotel! Well done, Premier Inn.

Great stay!

The team at premier inn fraddon have been fantastic. They rang me 2 days before my visit to go over my room and was ok with it. I was more than happy but queried one thing for my 2yr old. They quickly change my room to suit me. On arrival the room was set up and perfect. It made my first solo trip with my son easier.  To top it off the one thing that ment more than they will know was the note they left wishing me the best on journey to see my  ill relative and the treats and balloons they left for my son. It was a long 4hr journey and this just made a crazy journey that little bit better. Thank you team Fraddon have a fantastic festive period. I know this isn't a one off because my parents have had fantastic experiences over covid as well

Going the extra mile

Really great location for a hotel, we needed a bed for the night and it was 13 minutes away from where we needed to be the next day. Great shops over the road and a petrol station. The room was super clean and the staff were lovely and welcoming and gave my partner an iron on request. The only down side was the bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in and so uncomfortable for my back, hips and legs! I had the worst nights sleep and I needed to have a fresh head the next day for a funeral :( I honestly don’t think I can stay in a premier inn again if all the beds are like that. 
My little ones cot was very small too, just a heads up if anyone has a long baby sleeping in a cot. Apart from that it was a great place to rest (kind of) our heads for the night. 

Needed a bed for the night - hardest bed I’ve ever slept on!!!
