These apartments are in a brilliant location a couple of minutes from the Market Place in the City Centre. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and a Tesco nearby. Parking could be a problem but we went by train so no issue. Flat 2 up steep, narrow staircase. Apartment very well appointed, very clean and well decorated a comfortable space. very good value would not hesitate to strongly recommend.

Rented the apartment for 3 nights over a long weekend as I was attending a wedding in Norwich City Centre.
Check-in - all super simple. They were able to accommodate my early check in request as there was no one in the apartment the night before. Picked up the key on arrival.
Apartment- perfect for a couple or single. Comfortable , well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and linen and towels fresh and pleasant.
Location - 3-4 mins walk from the market, basically in the absolute centre of Norwich. Perfect for shopping, and close to lots of pubs, restaurants etc. A Tesco metro supermarket is 2 mins walk away

All up I was delighted with my find and it’s very fairly priced given the location and quality of the apartment. Highly recommended

What can you say about these apartments apart from WOW they are very central in a quaint little street when we arrived we could not believe how roomy and modern it was it was very clean and had everything you need it's like a home from home it was lovely and warm 
I am disabled so they allocated us Apartment 5 which was on the ground floor and we could park  next to the apartment which was a big plus 
We got a lovely takeaway from an Indian just a few minutes walk away which was very nice 
 Worth staying here you would not be disappointed 



I stayed in the ground floor apartment with a terrace end of June/beginning of July 2015.  The location is perfect for exploring Norwich as you are in the heart of the city.  Lots of things to do and places to go within a short walk.  Very close to lots of public transport if you want to explore further a field such as the Broads or Great Yarmouth etc.  

I was very comfortable & had everything I needed.  The owner is very pleasant and the girls who cleaned were friendly.  Check in and check out is very easy & convenient.  Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple.  

I recommend having a look in the local Tesco ( short walk away) as they seem to permanently have a dine with wine offer on.  The market is a very short walk away & The Waffle House is worth a visit.

What a great apartment! Very reasonably priced and very spacious, lovely garden and great location. I can Imagine these apartments would be booked solid during holidays. Was easy to book and wifi was also fast and very convenient. 
Will definitely be booking again.
Owner/manager was also very friendly. 
I look forward to visiting again. 

The highlight has to be the excellent location: central and moments from the marketplace, yet on a quiet street with minimal street noise outside business hours.

Really important point: This is an old building, and access is only via narrow, curving stairs. In our apartment, there was a high step down to the bedroom and bathroom.  Hence, if you have accessibility needs, I couldn't recommend this property.

The apartment itself was great: entrance hall, lounge/dining/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom.  All the facilities we needed; even a laundry on the ground floor, apparently (we didn't look).
If I was to be picky, the bathroom was small and the shower didn't work very well.

Fully self-catering, of course, and with that in mind: there's a Tesco Metro just down the road.

All arrangements were by email - we didn't meet an owner/staff member during our 3-night stay; combination lock on the front door then the apartment key was in a pigeonhole.
We half-expected the apartment to be serviced each day, but it wasn't.  Not remotely a problem!

No parking, and only short-stay (max. 1 hour) on the street outside during the day, but there was a loading bay directly outside for drop-off/pick-up, and if you're lucky enough to get a space, on-street parking is free in the evening/overnight.
Otherwise there's St.Giles multi-storey down the road (cheap overnight, pricy during the day) and the Forum multi-storey in the next street (cheaper for multi-day parking).
