Rooms  clean and  comfortable. We had a great stay food in restaurant good. Staff in  restaurant great would stay again many thanks

[20th August 2025] A well-located spot close to Piccadilly station and many of the other fixtures of the city; whilst also being just enough away from the main roads to allow for quiet nights. Perfect for me on a quick solo trip down!

Easy check-in, friendly staff eager to help from the moment I arrived. Comfortable bed, room well-kept, bathroom in a clean and working order.

The bar/restaurant spaces looked gorgeous, and were lovely to look at - though the floors were a tiny bit... gooey? Sticky? I'm not quite sure, but certainly a tiny bit off.

As usual with Premier Inn, also great for holding luggage before check-in where needed. No problems leaving a rucksack with them for a couple of hours after I'd checked out, and able to sit in the large lounge area before heading off to the train station. Definitely a great spot to pick for your travels if you're coming/going from Piccadilly station!

Well located, clean rooms, and good service. The bar and restaurant were handy. Oshane's service and responsiveness was exceptional.

Close to the city centre and train station. Parking across the road £13 for 24hrs validated at reception. Family room was good. No real noise heard from neighbouring rooms. Great breakfast and buffet style so could help yourself. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms , excellent service and amazing experience . Loved the ambiance and vibe.  Customer service here is marvellous. The staff is very polite. I really enjoyed the stay with the premier inn. Highly  recommend and must visit if you are in Manchester

Excellent stay, rooms were in pristine conditions and exemplary service. Oshaiue was very helpful when checking in and gave us a great welcome. Shower was perfect, beds were very comfortable and clean and the tv had everything we wanted.
Definitely one of the best places to stay in Manchester!

I liked this hotel , recently renovated so feels new and slept very well. Breakfast was nice and the ground floor space is very cosy . The only thing I don't like is the self check in desks - they are too difficult to use.

I lt had the wow factor. I didn't feel like I was in a Premier inn! The staff were lovely and welcoming. We had a fantastic meal and breakfast. We actually wanted to get back to the hotel in the evening to spend time at the bar. It was stunning. I highly recommend and ALL Premier Inns should be like this one. It makes you want to spend time at the hotel where I usually just book to have a bed to sleep in

This hotel has been refurbished since we were last there and they have done a good job. Very pleasant lounge area and good security. The staff we talked to were all very friendly and helpful. However in the evening, you could not always get served quickly at the bar due to lack of staff. Poor management is the problem, as they expect some staff to be in two places at the same time ! 

Had a great experience at this Premier Inn. The room was immaculate, check-in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The whole experience was very easy and relaxing, as well as there being good facilities. 

Would stay again or recommend to anyone looking to stay in Manchester on a tight budget.

A great prime hotel spot in Manc!

Great location and very good value for your money. Clean room and great beds. We did not have the breakfast so cannot say anything s as bout that. 

Highest service level of all the hotel I have stayed on within this chain. 

The only negative thing is that if you order a double room you expect two towels in the room.

Excellent location in the center of the town. The reception is well-appointed and very clean. The staff are absolutely out of this world. Very engaging and friendly. Rooms are clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Hotel is right beside the train station from the airport and their is a tram line below the  train station.   

Great Stay

From the moment I arrived in a modern, vibrant, much-improved lobby, the whole experience was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, cared about my stay, and were keen to assist with my needs. The room was immaculately presented, furniture and apparel all looked brand new, and the room was a much-needed place for relaxation on a very difficult journey. So impressed with the hotel upgrades and modernisation, and will be staying again.
