Well priced, centrally located hotel with convenient subsidised parking next to the hotel. Our room was clean & comfortable. A little traffic noise but to be expected. We heard no noise within the hotel. Great stay for the price. All of the staff members we encountered were friendly& helpful.

This is a first-rate hotel with fantastic friendly and professional staff particularly Umar, Roxana and Ha
The housekeeping staff are all friendly and efficient
The peripatetic maintenance guy Andrew is also friendly and very good

Lovely clean modern hotel, close to the town centre and all facilities. 10min walk from train station. Staff very welcoming couldn’t do enough to help. Room was clean tidy, blackout blinds, comfortable bed and pillows, soft sheets enough plugs and charging points, tv tea, coffee making facilities, fan, (no air conditioning ) shower wasn’t fixed, ( I hate fixed shower heads as you cannot shower properly) was offered the use of a hair dryer, quiet 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Very freindly staff a warm welcome from Roshan and colleagues as a return guest for business very well priced for London in my opinion. A recently upgraded hotel so much better than the old style. Always clean and very close to everything in Romford and beyond.

I very much enjoyed my week long stay at the Travelodge Romford London. The Hotel Manager (Umar) is a credit to the company, who I thoroughly enjoyed meeting; him alongside his staff are the stand-out part of this hotel as nothing was too much for them; any requests or assistance were provided immediately and generally they displayed excellent customer service throughout my stay. Being clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced, I shall DEFINITELY be returning to this hotel whenever I return to London.

The Hotel has recently been refurbished and I highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and are very accommodating.
I have been staying here for a few months and all of the staff remember me and give me a warm welcome.

Excellent, friendly service from Roxana+Ha, extremely helpful, friendly, check-in smooth and easy. Room clean, beds comfortable. Would definitely recommend 👌 Great location for tube to get to other parts of London.  Will stay again on our next visit.

The staff are very friendly and helpful always considerate even when the hotel is busy. The rooms are comfortable and clean especially the comfy beds 

recently stayed at a Travelodge where I had the pleasure of meeting Omar, the hotel manager, and I genuinely can't speak highly enough of his outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, Omar made me feel incredibly welcome. He greeted me with a warm smile, offered to help with my bags, and ensured the check-in process was smooth and efficient.

Throughout my stay, Omar was always present and approachable, often checking in with guests to make sure everything was up to standard. What really stood out to me was how he handled a small issue with my room — he listened patiently, resolved the matter quickly, and even followed up later to make sure I was satisfied. His attention to detail and genuine care for guest comfort was evident.

You could see that his team respected him, and it reflected in the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Friendly, well-organized, and clearly customer-focused. It’s rare these days to come across someone so committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Thanks to Omar, my experience at this Travelodge was exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others.

Stayed at Romford travelodge for a few nights for a show at the 02 with my family, I think the hotel is well priced, comfortable and easy access to public transport. Upon arrival I was greeted by a gentleman at reception named Andrew who checked us in smoothly. He was never shy to offer help or answer any questions we had with a smile on his face, Which made us feel very welcome and valued. I think the hotel could improve on noise coming from the outside and phone signal inside the building. But other than that it was a very pleasant experience!

The hotel and rooms were spotless, Stayed here on a long stay and  they all work constantly, even  polishing floors   the   through the night .
