Had a lovely time staying in this hotel, the owner was very welcoming and friendly, bed was really comfortable and we had a really good night's sleep, we also had a Seaview which was lovely to wake upto in the morning, breakfast was nice aswell the bacon was cooked perfectly, the only downfall was there we no hash browns!!!
Everything else was perfect, it's not overpriced, it's in a great location 5 minutes from the town centre. 
John had great customer service skills and we will definitely be back again very soon for another visit!!

Had a lovely three day stay, booked a family room which had a balcony with a sea view.
Perfect for our family & our little dog. Having a balcony made it even more special as it was hot & we were able to leave the balcony door ajar, to let a lovely sea breeze in. Would recommend booking a sea view!

Our room was well equipped with a TV, tea/coffee facilities & plenty of furniture provided for all your clothes.
It  was big enough with a double bed,  bunk beds & an ensuite (bath/shower). Very clean with fresh towels & bedding.
Breakfast was included with lots of choice,  cooked perfectly & very generous with the portions.
The staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. Johnathan the owner was very accommodating & made our stay a lovely one.

Free street parking was available outside but it could be limited but opposite was a car park for a small fee.
The hotel overlooks a children's splash park which was great value for the day &  lovely restaurants/pubs situated within walking distance along the seafront.
Would definitely recommend.

This was a very nostalgic experience for all the right reasons. It was in a perfect location and right by the beach with a sea view. We had a room with a balcony which made it even more special for all of us. The hotel is dog friendly and very clean inside unlike other dog friendly acoomodation we have stayed in before. The owner Jonathan  was very accommodating and made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay there as well. The breakfast was included with the price and was lovely home cooked food with a wide range to select from including a vegetarian option. The other staff on site was all very friendly as well. There is even a small on site bar and lift if required. Overall a great experience for all the family and highly recommended. This is the quiet part of town and ideal for families with all the best restaurants in the area on its doorstep. There is a small water park across the road from the hotel and it is only £3 a day for the little ones. One last thing is there is no parking on site but this was not an issue because the spaces outside are free and come and go all day long. We parked up quite close by and then moved the car once a space become free outside.

Last minute break to Weston with the family, booked the last room available, John (I believe is the owner) couldn’t be more welcoming, the hotel has plenty of character and your typical seaside hotel, room had plenty of space with a double and single bed along with en suite bathroom, Very happy with our stay and will be our go to the next time we stay in Weston

Lovely stay in Weston again. After coming on chance two weeks ago, we already booked again. Staff that are welcoming and take the time to talk. Rooms are comfy and spacious. The breakfast is also lovely. We will now be regulars on the hot weekends :) thank you!

Spotlessly clean, staff are exreamly friendly and cant do enough for you. The rooms are comfortable and typical of a british b&b but have to comment that they are spotless and have everything you could need. We went out of season so unable to comment on the bar meals but the breakfast was hot and plentyful. Id definitely return. Its a little gem of a place

I was greeted in a very friendly manner and Jonathon was very helpful providing me with all the information I needed.The breakfast was home cooked and fantastic.

Stayed in the Richmond Hotel for a 2 night weekend break on bed and breakfast basis.   We were met by Jonathan the hotel manager who checked us in quickly.  The room itself was fresh, clean and exactly what we paid for.  The breakfast was amazing everything cooked perfectly with plenty of choice.  The patio outside the hotel overlooks the park and sea front and is lovely to sit and have a drink.  Will not hesitate to return.  Thank all !!

Richmond Hotel … perfect !

Went with my wife and daughter for a very much needed "few days" break and The Richmond is an absolutely delightful place to stay, we booked the balcony room and it was lovely.  Jonathan and Steve you we're both brilliant and really made our stay wonderful, thank you!!  The cooked breakfast was lovely too!!

Wonderful place, loved every moment.

I booked this hotel for a family of 4, choosing a quad room - 1 double and bunk beds. the room was great, had a balcony and overlooked the sea and pier. Steve and Johnathan were very welcoming and throughout our stay (10 days) were always on hand if anything was needed.  Everything was within walking distance and a great place for foodies.  We are looking forward to a return visit - get the breakfast ready!

Really lovely welcome, Jonathan was a great host and the chaps at breakfast were fantastic (especially the man in the black jumper today - sorry didn't get his name, but works hard!). 
The room was comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us, perfect for a 2 night stay for a wonder about on a girly weekend. 
Would highly recommend, great value and in a brilliant location. We were made to feel at home - will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Richmond Hotel,  staff very friendly and welcoming.  We went for father's day weekend and the weather was gorgeous and the hotel got a fantastic view of Weston Pier,  the hotel is dog friendly and we brought our husky along with us. We had a fantastic time and we definitely will be back again
