Cecil House Hotel

I had booked a budget room due to going over to the i360 for a party. The party was rescheduled due to lockdown and so they ammended the date at no extra cost even though it clearly stated no ammendments and no refunds when I booked. The party was cancelled in the end and so the hotel became the main feature. I notified them of my situtaion and again at no extra charge they upgraded me to a large double room with en-suite and a fabulous view of the west pier. It was quick and easy upon arrival and checking out was super easy too. The room was clean and bright with tea making facilities. I had a comfy and warm nights sleep and very much enjoyed my stay, I live locally (shoreham) and was grateful to have a night off from looking after my kids watching rubbish on tele and the joys of free parking as I arrived after 8pm and left before 9am. Totaly win! Thank you all so much.
