We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights over Christmas. The room had a river view and it was quietly situated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the on-site restaurant was really handy.  Many thanks to the wonderful staff there. 

The reception team was amazing. Donna was the only member of staff on and she was the happiest most attentive staff member and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious as well. Easy check out. Brilliant over night stay. X

Both my partner and I have mobility issues and the staff were very accommodating. The young man on reception called Cameron went above and beyond, he seemed knowledgeable about the area and was a very professional and polite young man it was nice to be greeted by his ever smiling face. Hopefully he will be on duty the next time we visit.

Great room. Staff were excellent…a young chap stood out tho his name was Cameron he was so catering. I could tell he cared a lot about the guests experience a complete asset to your company. I do hope he gets to see this feedback as he’s doing a superb job. I will be back thanks again for a great stay.

We stay here a couple of times a year , always happy, what’s not to like , clean, warm, friendly welcoming staff. This visit was made particularly pleasant by Cameron, a delightful young man, courteous, professional, friendly, welcoming, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Top Marks, the world needs more Cameron’s.

The premier in Greenock was in a great location. Room.was spacious enough for me, a 15&11 year old. Beds were extremely comfy , I had a great sleep both nights. Blackout curtains were an added bonus. We ate at the restaurant which was great. They served a lovely breakfast and food was of great quality plus kids ate free which was amazing. We were here for a funeral so we wanted somewhere local and peaceful which is exactly what we got. If you stay here you'll not be disappointed.

Thank you for your warm welcome as always when we come to stay when visiting family , very clean nice beds great nights sleep over all 3 days stay , staff always very warm and welcoming happy to help with anything, the pub next door always lovely food and friendly

We were very pleased to be allocated a first floor room overlooking the Clyde and consequently looking out to Helensborough and the mountains beyond. The room was clean with a very comfy bed. Eating was in the Brewers Fayre next door and other than the first tried veggies option for breakfast once the food was excellent.

Our usual hotel in Greenock was not available, so tried the Premier Inn. We were not disappointed. You get exactly what they say; a good clean, comfortable, safe and friendly hotel. It was very cold and snowy outside, but warm and friendly within and heating controls that actually work (unlike many budget hotels).

Better than anticipated

This was  a Warm, comfortable & friendly place to stay in the snowy run-up the Xmas

We stayed here for one night. Easy check-in and the receptionist was welcoming and very pleasant. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Powerful and easy to operate shower. This stay was excellent value for money and we will certainly return.
