Fantastic family run guest house , Lesley and vern are the best hosts you could ask for , the rooms are excellent, I noticed some horrible comments on this site about vern these are all untrue and the person posting them needs to seek medical help

Just home from a couple of nights here and we had a lovely time. 
Great welcome when we arrived and when we got to our room, (room 2) it was lovely. Great size for me and my daughter. 
Bed was so comfy. Nice biscuits and tea coffee & hot chocolate. 
Breakfast was delicious too. Thank you so a super stay.

Great value for money. The hosts were lovely. Very good social distancing, at breakfast the host wore a face shield and gelled hands regularly, tables were well spaced apart.
Room was great, really comfy beds, fridge, plenty of tea and coffee and hot chocolate also biscuits. Good WiFi, free parking permit.
Breakfast was lovely, full English and plentiful.
Great position only a minutes walk to the beach and prominade and main attractions, yet lovely and quiet.
Our first visit and we will return.

Guest house is clean and rooms were clean and stocked with full amenities. Lesley gave us parking vouchers which were great. Breakfast was lovely we have had a lovely couple of days with our family. Would definitely book again.

My Wife stayed there this past weekend.Wonderful spacious room which was clean and had everything we needed.Even the little touches such as Tea and Coffee plus biscuits was very much appreciated. The Breakfast you cannot fault;full English,Toast,Cereal,Orange Juice,Tea or Coffee plus Yogurt,all part of the price.Very friendly couple.Very close to the Beach plus a parking permit is available. We plan in returning next month.

have just had an overnight stay at Copperfields Guest House. Arrived saturday afternoon and immediately made welcome by owner. Parking permit given to us to park car close to guesthouse. Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Ensuite was also very clean. All facilities we could need were there for us. Guest house very close to sea front so perfect location. Breakfast on the morning was very good and could not fault Vernons cooking. We shall definitely be returning in the summer a couple of times. 

I spent three nights here. On arrival the landlord engaged in several minutes of friendly chat with me and (my room being situated on the top floor) offered to take my case up but I told him I could manage.
The room while small was very well decorated. It has a sink (which was handy as I had to share the bathroom with one other) and wall mirror, shelf with a few toiletries provided. The bedding was of a nice design and remade every day Two towels were provided.
The room has a fridge (again handy), a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities and a few biscuits. The biscuits along with small tubs of milk, tea bags, coffee and sugar packets were replenished daily.
A choice of full English breakfast is available or if you prefer toast, cereal and yoghurts along with tea or coffee and fruit juice.
All in all I had a pleasant stay and would choose this place again if ever I have the need to stay for more than one day in Great Yarmouth again. It is situated very close to the sea front so that is a bonus.

My family and I stopped at the Copperfield for 2 nights in the family room. Very clean room with lots of space. Double bed for us and bunk beds for the children. Room for our travel cot. There was also a small sofa and chair in the room which was nice as there was somewhere to sit other than the beds. Location great, parking permit very useful and beautiful breakfast. Owners very friendly and welcoming.
Only downside is that the dining room has a display of display dolls and prams and when traveling with a toddler she wanted to play with them at breakfast like most children would - thankfully they have a good free WiFi facility and she was distracted by watching teletubbies. Something we wouldn't normally do but gave the b and b a peaceful breakfast.
Thank you copperfields for an enjoyable stay will be stopping again.

2 night stay 2 rooms

We arrived at 11am, knocked on door Lesley answered said room was ready, so gave us free parking permit. Then showed us to our room, told us breakfast time & walked off! Although it was a budget double, the room was tiny with 2 chairs which were in way & really no use. The decor was slap dash & not done to a very high standard. TV was tiny with wires hanging from it to sockets. The bed was hard & when opened bathroom door it hit bed. The bathroom was also tiny & smelt of damp. The window was open slightly but wouldn't open fully, the window sill was dirty. Free toiletries consist of a small shower gel & shampoo. If you're on the large size then shower would be tight fit!! The towels well they were big enough for a toddler! The shelf in bedroom was thick with dust along with light fitting. The bed frame was metal which was covered in thick dust too.
I went for breakfast on my own 1st morning, didnt feel like Lesley wanted to hold conversation I was told what the full english consisted of( 3 small sausage, 2 bacon,mushrooms, beans,Tom's,1 hash brown, fried egg) & to help myself to cereals & juice. There was only orange juice. About 6 cereals. No fruit,yogurts. Toast was do it yourself. There were few jams, cheap sauces on table. The tea cups were stained inside. There were a collection of old dolls in breakfast room which were freaky!! Propped up against a glass cabinet was a very large unopened box with a glass bifold door inside good job no kids in b n b. 
As a female couple we felt uncomfortable that both Vernon & Lesley didnt seem to want to talk or make a conversation. We were spoken to if we spoke 1st! 

Good points, free parking permit. Tea coffee hot choc free. Fridge in room. Close to amenities.
