Lovely stay, the sound proofing is very good.   Hotel seems to attract a diverse international crowd, but they seemed to keep themselves to themselves.  Some evenings the TV reception seemed to have a lot of interference but this didn't last for long. 
A great location to explore the area , handy day trip location to go and see Norwich Cathedral, or perhaps Minsmere near Sizewell.  I would stay again. 

Stayed there for a night and the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast very nice,and plenty of it and there was good choice.
If i wanted to be critical, tiny little thing the room was very cold when we got there and was cold at night but when we arrived we went straight out if we looked we should of turned the radiator up!!
But that was minor point 
But would recommend and if we went back would stay there

Myself and hubby booked into this b & b for 4 nights!  Stasia (the new owner) was absolutely brilliant host, very welcoming.  Our room was clean, tidy with tea/coffee making facilities, en-suite was very clean.  Bed was so comfy could hardly get up in the mornings!  Breakfast was never too much trouble with a variety of cereals and cooked breakfast to order. Location of the Haydee is 1 minute to the pier, seafront and 5 minutes to town centre.  Will definitely be booking another stay for the summer.  Definitely recommend.

Stayed here last weekend for 1 night. Arrived before check inn and was greeted by the lovely owners who explained parking and let us check in early. They are sooo friendly!
Everything else was great, including breakfast.

We were here for one night, room was small but absolutely fine, clean and tidy. Coffee/tea making facilities and small fridge in the room. 
The location of the guest house is spot on and had a nice sea view from the little balcony on our room (room 4). 
Breakfast was delicious! The staff were very friendly and gave great advice. 
Parking is a bit of an issue but that’s not the guest house’s fault it’s just a general struggle. 
Would recommend and would stay here again :) 

Guest house was clean, affordable and in a great location.beds very comfy and rooms big enough and even includes a mini fridge. Staff very friendly and kind. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed in Room 7. Nice room for the price and location is great just opposite the pier.
Room was simply furnished with full size fridge and serviceable bathroom with shower.
Lovely clean sheets and fluffy towels, with room cleaned each day.
Great breakfast and friendly staff. Parking was a nightmare even with residents permit so prepared to walk.
Highly recommended for cheap break.

Stayed here last night and I had a very good night's sleep.
Arrived and didn't know where to park, called the owner ( stasia ) and she was very helpful. Told us to run in and grab a parking pass for just £2.50 for 24 hours. I do recommend you do this because parking charges are high in all car parks.
You have a big area of roads to park down near the b&b so we found a space straight away. You probably won't get one outside the b&b but we found one literally 1 minute walk away.
The b&b has nice new fresh carpets, painted walls and the owner is giving the b&b further renovations, even though it's already looking good.
3 of us shared a small room with en suite.
The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well.
Breakfast was full English with more toast and tea if we wanted it.
There was cereals and fresh juice too.
The dining room was lovely and clean.
There is also a lounge area downstairs that is very nice.
There was only 1 issue we came across which may not be the owners fault but someone having a sneaky fag outside their window. But below is smoke was coming in to our room through the fan at night and in the morning. I thought it was non smoking in the b&b so hopefully owner will see this and check there's no smokers breaking the rules. I smoke, but I went outside.
Apart from that it was all good. Very friendly and the owner is the type of person to help in any way.
I would go back

I had a fridge in room which was really handy and room was cleaned every day, bed was so comfory, also bonus was the tv had a dvd player in it. I also got sea view from number 9 room though it was 3rd flight up.The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I left early and was offered a packup. Once reburbished it will be even better.A great location.I saw no problem with children there they tried to accommodate needs. Having only took over 3 weeks ago they have done well. I did have to contact booking.com for their new phone number as there website hasnt been  updated. This a guest house so owners are not there all the time but have emergency number if needed
