Nice atmosphere and the Thai food is amazing. Served in take away style boxes with plastic knives n forks so quick to clear away, absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend the food and have already mentioned it to family.

Was made very welcome, all staff including the bar are very friendly and welcoming! Great location, very clean and modern rooms! 
Parking all sorted by Teri and Chris so literally everything was taken care of for us!
Was glad of the fans during this heatwave we are having too!
Will definitely be staying again for our next Folkestone visit, highly recommend!

This place is the cream of the crop. I couldn’t have asked for a better stopover, the 360 bar WOW! The Barman jack was very attentive and pours a lovely Stella. The rooms the were very modern, very upmarket and had all the necessary facilities. The mirrored ceilings my wife loved. I would totally recommend and I will be back very soon. 

Lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the price we payed for it was unmatched to pretty much every other place in Folkestone. Very modern renovation to the building, loved the décor of the staircase on the way to the room. The room itself is very clean, modernised and spacious enough for a short stay.

Me and my fiancé came up to visit family and stayed here, room was perfect just what we needed with an added seating area and nice comfy bed. Pub downstairs was lovely and staff couldn’t be more attentive will definitely be coming back. We was leaving early the next morning so didn’t need a parking permit however the bar staff said this can be sorted. Excited for our next stay. 

I went into the park inn last night, I was pleasantly surprised by the new Barman. I think his name was Jack or Jake, he was so polite and attentive. Also Oscar was brilliant too, he was very helpful. I’ve been a few times and I will definitely be coming back regularly, this will most definitely be my new local! The new owner seems very nice also. Very satisfied!

What an absolute little gem of a place lovely clean and tidy, very comfy bed with nice teas and coffee's and Biscits, the Landladys Roast was my Favorite real home cooked and plenty of it. After returning from a day out my bed had been made my bin empty and refreshed.
Great location 3 mins from getting off the train. Beautiful parks very close by. I certainly will be returning with Family very soon, and I like to Thank all the Staff there for making me feel so safe and comfortable. 10/10 🙏

Came to Folkestone for a couple days away for my birthday and this was the most loveliest place to stay for it! Friendly and warm welcoming family owned hotel with a pub - what more could you want and is only a 10 minute walk from the harbour and centre of town.

The hotel was so nice !! Yes it was small but what else could you expect , i was only there for a night but i wish i spent my whole stay there. It was. incredibly clean and the customer service was outstanding! The rooms are separated from the pub too so it was great.

This is Such a Lovely Hotel to stay in, stayed for 3 nights the owners were so polite and welcoming lovely atmosphere would definitely Go back and i definitely would recommend it , lovely little quite pub also.

From the sign we thought we would find old English pub food but the food is Asian, that said it was good Asian and we just wanted a nice speedy meal before we caught the high speed train from the station across the road. 

We settled for two entree/starter meals each all very tasty and well prepared.

We only stayed a night, but we were greeted pleasantly by Marie who took our details and payment and pointed us in the direction of our room.
We were staying in the triple room and were a little disappointed to find the private bathroom was across the hall. Marie told us we were the only guests on the floor so this wasn't a big problem but we recommend that a lock is placed on the inside of the bathroom door so that faffing with the key is less.
The room and bathroom was clean with a kettle and small TV. We were handed a breakfast bag each at checkin, a nice gesture as we hadn't booked breakfast.
The restaurant wasn't currently open on a Saturday evening so we ate elsewhere.
The wifi in the room was good and we were given a key so we could come and go without going through the bar.
This is a no frills place, but we had a comfortable night and would happily stay again.

Lockdown over break

Went to the Park Inn for Sunday Lunch , So tasty ,great portion ,served hot ,nothing was too much trouble ,price includes a dessert came away so stuffed .
Went back on Thursday night (steak night ) this was also a good portion ,steak was so tasty and served hot ,cooked to my liking also comes with dessert .
I will be going back and would recommend to friends and family ,without doubt the best meals around .

Excellent Food ,Good service

I stayed here July 2019 whilst visiting friends. 
The property had just had just been refurbished  and my room was excellent.  Clean, airy and with a view. 
The staff were very friendly and helpful when they realised that I had a disability (emphysema). When I arrived back in the evening they had put a chair on the landing for me to rest. Marie ...the owners daughter had tried to change my room to a lower one but they were all pre booked. 
Thank you all,  I will be back in March.
