We had a brilliant 3 mights last weekend. The location of this hotel is brilliant. With the cut through to the royal mile behind and cut through the train station just across the road to princess street. Made it great for getting around. The room was super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast that was well worth it, excellent choice of cooked or cold, nice pasties fresh cooked omelettes really set us up for the day. The room was comfy, a bit cool but we cranked up the heat. We were on the side of the bins but on the 6th floor so didn’t really disturb us. There is just one thing I do think the room needs and that’s a lamp on the far side all the lights were around the bed so it was quite dark at night be the desk. But honestly it didn’t matter we had a brilliant stay. We drank in the bar most days very nice. We ate in restaurant one night also very good. I will Definately stay here again if we return to Edinburgh.
