Windmill Cottage

Our daughters wedding that was held at The Windmill Hotel on Saturday 19th September. Initially the wedding was booked at a different venue and we were understandably devastated when that venue cancelled a week before the wedding! I sent an email out to local hotels and within minutes Joanna from The Windmill Hotel responded offering support and help through email responses. Joanna quickly arranged a meeting the same day and through her bubbly and cheerful positivity very quickly smoothed our anxieties and by the end of the day the wedding was all booked! From that moment on every member of staff was amazing! Joanna supporting every aspect of planning the day! Erol, who looked after us throughout the day making our couple feel so special and instantly putting us at ease with his superb organisation, humour and cheerfulness. In fact EVERY member of staff was lovely! Helpful, cheerful and keen to do everything possible to make our day perfect! Nothing was too much trouble! The room was decorated beautifully with any detail we had mentioned put in place and was even cleared for us at the end of the day! The restaurant looked after us in the evening and for breakfast the next day! Honestly, I cannot praise everyone enough! We had a wonderful, wonderful day! Please could you pass on our huge thanks to the team at The Windmill Hotel, Coventry who turned a disaster into a dream for our Bride and Groom!
