Gothic View B&B

I stayed here four nights whilst on business on the island. The room was very cosy with plenty of plug sockets and tea/coffee making facilities and had access to its own secluded patio area. The owners, Mary and Barry, are very friendly and accommodating hosts and will endeavour to do what they can to ensure you have a perfect stay. The breakfast is cooked to order (you let Mary & Barry know what you want the night before). I tried most of the menu during my stay and everything was fantastic. The full English will keep you going all day. I had this twice at 8am and didn't need to eat again until dinner time around 6-7pm. The property itself is a lovely converted church in a very quiet village. On road parking is available outside the property. An ironing board and iron were made available to me during my stay. There is a pub a couple of miles down the road which offers an extensive menu. There is a shop within walking distance. The night sky is beautiful as there is very little light pollution. Staying here is also a perfect location for visiting Blackgang Chine.
